Anhua township is located in a deep hilly area 25 kilometers north of Yingshan County, Sichuan Province, with high in the north and low in the south. Liaoye town in the north, Xindian town in the south, Tongtian Township in the East and Angu Township in the west, covering an area of 29.2 square kilometers. Altitude: 640m. History and culture

Anhua has a long history and famous historic sites. Anhua used to be called the lantern temple. On the ridge 300 meters north of the town, there is a lantern shaped stone of more than 10 cubic meters. People call it lantern stone. In feudal society, there was a Buddhist temple built on the top of the mountain, and there were people burning incense to worship Buddha all the year round, so it got its name from lantern temple. In 1708, people from Anhua County, Hunan Province moved to the lantern temple to plug in households. Because they could speak a special language, Anhua dialect, they were also called Anhua Chang. Up to now, many people can speak Anhua dialect. In 1951, when the county adjusted its organizational system, Anhua farm was transferred to Anhua township. Lantern temple has beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. Every year, thousands of people go sightseeing in February, June and September of the lunar calendar.

Advantage of water area

Anhua has better water area advantage. There are three type II reservoirs in the area, which can hold more than 40000 cubic meters of water, and 62 shanpingtang reservoirs, which can hold more than 30000 cubic meters. In the past two years, 70 new reservoirs have been built, 82 wells have been drilled by hand, and the rural agricultural water and drinking water for human and livestock have been basically solved. 36% of the farmers have enjoyed tap water.

Anhua has convenient transportation and prosperous town. There are two highways (Yingyi highway) running through the township. More than 10 kilometers of township roads go straight to Tongtian, and all villages have roads. More than 600 meters long Changzhen street was expanded and hardened in 1981. Every January, April, and July, villagers from Anhua, Xindian, liaoye, Tongtian, and Angu came to the market. There were about 2000 people in each market, and the market circulation was about 20000 yuan.
