Jiangtouzhou ancient folk house is located in Jiangtouzhou village, JiuWu Town, Lingchuan County, 32 kilometers away from the northern suburb of Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is located on the West Bank of HuLong River in the upper reaches of Gantang river. It has been built for more than 1000 years. The ancient village has preserved the architectural pattern of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with green bricks, gray tiles and wooden frame. The buildings are tall, row upon row, with overlapping eaves, simple and elegant.

It is also a village of the descendants of Zhou Dunyi, a famous writer, philosopher and founder of Neo Confucianism in the Northern Song Dynasty, who wrote zhouyuangongji and Ailian Shuo, and is known as the "Ailian family".

There is a shuttle bus from Guilin north bus station of Guilin Arctic square to Lingchuan County. Get off at the intersection of datan in Lingchuan County, and there is a shuttle bus to JiuWu township. Or you can take a bus to Jiuwu town at the county bus station, get off at Jiuwu town and walk directly to Jiangtouzhou village for about 30 minutes.
