Wanniantai is not only the name of the scenic spot, but also the name of the ancient stage. Wanniantai scenic spot is located in wanniantai village, Hemao Town, Wuwei City, Anhui Province. As an ancient stage, wanniantai has many places in China. Wanniantai scenic spot is located in wanniantai administrative village, Hemao Town, Wuwei City, Anhui Province. It has unique original natural scenery and cultural landscape with a long history, such as strange mountains and rocks, green pines and bamboos, blue sky and green water, and the fragrance of birds singing and flowers. The most distinctive rhododendrons are in full bloom every year around Qingming Festival, which makes tourists intoxicated.

Main attractions

The water curtain cave

Located in the mountain stream of wanniantai scenic spot, the cave is 5 meters deep and tens of meters wide. The cave is nearly 100 meters away from the top of the mountain. There is a waterfall flying down from the cave. The cave waterfall is reflected in wanniantai scenic spot of Wuwei City, so it is called shuilian cave.

Ox nose hole

Located in wanniantai scenic area, the cave entrance is 4 square meters, with an area of more than 30 square meters. It is named because it is shaped like a cow's nose.

Erlang stone

Located in wanniantai scenic area, there are two huge stones, each of which is about 20 meters high and 5 meters in diameter. It is said that Erlang God went to the west, carrying two huge stones on one umbrella shoulder. When passing by, he suddenly met kuangfeng, and the umbrella broke off and the stone fell, so he got Erlang God stone.

Dishuiyan

Wanniantai scenic spot is a long boulder on the top of the cliff. It has been dripping water for many years. It is said that in ancient times there was a dignified and beautiful woman. Shortly after her marriage, one day her husband went up the mountain to collect firewood. Unfortunately, she was taken away by a hungry wolf, leaving only a straw sandal. Since then, the woman sat here every day, looking forward to her husband's return, weeping and then turning into "Dishui rock".

Crescent Lake

The lake covers an area of about 80 mu. It is located between the two mountains. The water is clear, the lake is rippling, the lakeshore is covered with green grass, the pines and waves on both sides of the lake, the bamboo shadow is dancing in spring, and the wild ducks are flocking in autumn. Visitors come here to join in poetry and painting.

Yuanyang Valley

Located in the east of crescent lake. It is said that in ancient times, there was a young man and woman who had been herding cattle since childhood. They grew up in love with each other. However, the young man's parents tried every means to prevent them from communicating with each other. They said that the woman had a bad husband and they were forced to jump off a cliff to die for love, so they called Yuanyang valley. There is a Yuanyang pool in the valley, which is made of two huge stones. The water in the pool is so clear and turbulent that it is a place to bathe the young men and women. Yuanyang Valley, spring Ding Dong, the cliff around the Ivy, green trees, wild fruit shaking. Every year around the Qingming Festival, YINGSHANHONG on the cliff is in full swing. In the valley, "a line of sky" is deep and quiet, and "giant cicadas pounce on food" is lifelike.

Yanshou Temple

It is located at the peak of Jingping mountain. According to the research of experts, the temple was built in 1173 A.D. during the reign of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. At that time, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty toured Luzhou and took a rest in Jingping mountain, which was named after "this is a wonderful place to prolong life". After war and banditry, it was destroyed several times and rebuilt in the mid-1990s. It is a holy land for men and women to believe in Buddhism.
