He was once a disciple of kezhugrebesang (1385-1438) in the first Panchen Lama. He was known as Nichi (meaning 20000) because he was familiar with the Prajna Sutra, which is more than 20000 words. At the end of the 14th century, he was invited to build the temple by SANGHUA Duoji Caidan and others in qiongjie county. At that time, it was small, with only a four pillar Buddhist hall and 50 monks. After kanqin nichizengbasang died, his younger brother kanqin winraba took over as the leader of the temple. Since then, kanqin winraba became the first Kanbu of Wuri Deqin temple.

The fifth Dalai Lama, awan rosangjiacuo (1617-1682), was born in a place called "deba Shengkang" on the hillside here. When he was young, he once worked as a Lama in the temple. Later, when he came to power, he carried out a large-scale expansion of the riwudqin temple. First, he expanded the original large-scale one. First, he expanded a silver tower and the Dharma protection temple to the south to become a sutra hall, covering an area of 3956 square meters, with 70 columns (12 long columns and 58 short columns). In addition, there is no ten Arhats hall. The upper floor is the living Buddha room of eminent monks; the lower floor is the eighteen Arhats hall.
