Moslem temple in Fushan
Fushan halal temple, a cultural relic protection unit of the county, is one of the 100 famous temples in China. Located at the foot of mianniu mountain, Fushan Township, Qingtian County, it faces south from the north. On the East and west sides are villagers' houses. About 150 meters in front of the open space in the south of the temple, there is a Le'an bridge built with single hole bluestone. On both sides of the bridge are railings, with flower and bird reliefs on the railings and lotus petals carved on the pillar, echoing the halal temple.
Basic introduction
The main buildings of the temple take the central axis as the standard, and they are the mountain gate, the bell and Drum Tower, the release pool, the first entrance platform, the second entrance to the white Prime Minister hall, the third entrance to the Guanyin hall, and the wing room in turn. There is the lady hall on the west side, covering a total area of about 10000 square meters. The gate is a brick concrete antique building with double eaves on the top of the mountain. It was first built in 1985.
Construction scale
The plaque "Zebei hometown of overseas Chinese" was inscribed by Sha Menghai in 1991. There are bell and drum towers on the left and right sides of the roller coaster gate. The plane is square, 8.2 meters square, triple eaves and four corners with sharp roofs. There are giant bell and drum towers in each building. In the middle of the patio, there is a releasing pool, and a "auspicious bridge" is built. The releasing pool covers an area of about 200 square meters, which was built in 1987. One entrance table is 20.9 meters wide, three columns are 4 meters deep, five purlins, center column and two-step beam. Two into the white prime minister's hall, 22 meters wide, 11.25 meters deep, 11 purlin, before and after the double step beam, Ming Shi octagonal six jump caisson. The double eaves rest on the top of the mountain, the roof is straight and vertical, and the animal at the end of the mansion is built, and the eaves are raised. Inside the hall, there is a statue of the prime minister in white. The wing room is 7.6 meters wide and 5 meters deep. Guanyin hall is 18 meters wide and 14.9 meters deep, with double eaves on the top of the mountain. The main hall is used for the statues of Guanyin and the eighteen Arhats. 2、 Between the three entrances to the patio is a releasing pool built in the 11th year of Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of about 60 square meters. Close to the west side of the white prime minister's hall is the lady's hall, which has three entrances. One entrance is 14.4 meters wide and 9.3 meters deep. The double eaves rest on the top of the mountain. In the Ming Dynasty, Maitreya Buddha is set up, and four vajras are molded on both sides. Two into the face of 19.7 meters wide, into the depth of 7.3 meters, Ming for plastic Tathagata, plastic Luohan wall on both sides. Sanjin Guanyin hall is 19.7 meters wide and 12.1 meters deep. It is carved with beams and painted buildings in the hall of halal Buddhist temple. It has rich religious and cultural characteristics.
Halal temple was founded in the late Song Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty. When it was founded, it was the main hall with two entrances. In the reign of Dade of Yuan Dynasty (1297-1307), the right side auxiliary hall "Madame Palace" was built; in the eighth year of Jiajing of Ming Dynasty (1529), the front hall was added; in the reign of Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, the main hall was rebuilt; in the reign of Jiaqing of Qing Dynasty (1796-1820), the female guest room was expanded; in the eleventh year of Xianfeng of Qing Dynasty, the front hall was burned and rebuilt; in the 31st year of Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, the East and West Yuanmen were built; in the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927), the bell and drum tower were built; in the 19th year, the front hall was rebuilt In 1985, it built a wall, demolished the East and west gate, built a mountain gate, dug and built a release pool, built a garden, and further expanded the scale. The bell and Drum Tower was included in the scope of the temple, forming a whole temple complex.
There are dozens of pairs of giant candles in halal temple, which are 600 Jin, 1000 Jin, 1200 Jin and even 2000 Jin, commonly known as Qianjin candle. A thousand jin candle is a long-lasting lamp and a life extending candle. A pair of candles, which will last 365 days and nights to light up one year old, is a unique feature of China. The production of Qianjin candle is presided over by a special folk belief organization, the "24 worship meeting" (on the 15th day of the first lunar new year, 24 times a year). Every year on February 19, at the temple fair of the Muslim temple, the faithful men and women buy Qianjin candle and send it with the ceremony of the floats band. The candle burning ceremony is held at the right time.
The mosque is dedicated to Li Mi, the Prime Minister of the Tang Dynasty. Tang Dezong worships for Zhang Shi (Prime Minister) in Zhongjie and Tongping. Because he often wears white clothes, he is known as the prime minister in white. It is said that the same official with the surname of Chen in the same Dynasty as Li mi was framed by a treacherous minister and was sent to the prison in heaven. Later, Li mi risked his life to save him. Chen retired from his hometown of Qingtian in his later years. He wrote an article about this and told his younger generation that Yongming's prime minister in white, Li Bi Enze. Since then, many temples dedicated to the prime minister in white have been built in Qingtian and Yongjia. The Muslim temple in Fushan has the largest scale, with an annual pilgrimage of nearly 200000. It has a great influence in Southwest Zhejiang.
