Heilongjiang Weihushan National Forest Park is a national forest park approved by the former Ministry of forestry in 1993. Covering an area of 415000 hectares, it is located in shiye District of Chaihe key state-owned Forest Management Bureau. It belongs to the transitional mountain system of Changbai Mountain and Xiaoxing'an Mountain. It is located in the middle and lower reaches of Mudanjiang River Basin, 25 kilometers away from Mudanjiang city. It connects Suifen River and Hulin two open ports in the East. It connects Harbin in the west, Jiamusi in the north, highway, railway, aviation and water transportation in all directions, and connects West in the East It has superior geographical location, convenient transportation and complete infrastructure.

Location context

Heilongjiang Weihushan National Forest Park is located on the Bank of Lianhua Lake in the lower reaches of Mudanjiang River in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province and the east foot of zhangguangcailing mountain. It is the construction area of Chaihe key state-owned Forest Management Bureau, covering an area of 4150 square kilometers.

Climatic characteristics

The forest park belongs to the continental monsoon climate of cold temperate zone. The winter is long, cold and dry, the summer is mild and rainy, the early spring is low temperature and more rain and snow, the late spring is less rain and easy to be dry, the autumn is cooling rapidly, and freezing injury often occurs. The annual average temperature is 3 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 38 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 38 ℃, and the annual effective accumulated temperature is 2400 ℃. The annual sunshine hours are 2540 hours. The annual average precipitation is 550 mm. The frost free period is about 125 days, the early frost period is in mid September, and the late frost period is in late May.

Resources

The park is rich in forest landscape. In the West and northwest of the park, there are natural Pinus koraiensis virgin forests. Here, there are high mountains, dense forests, towering ancient trees, covering an area of more than 3000 hectares. All kinds of exotic flowers and plants, birds and animals are among them. The natural forests are coniferous forests dominated by spruce, fir, Korean pine and broad-leaved forests dominated by poplar, birch and Tilia; the artificial forests are mainly larch, Korean pine, Scotch pine, spruce, Fraxinus mandshurica, etc. On the other hand, there are secondary shrubs of oak, hazel and Lespedeza, and patches of five flower grass pond dominated by Cinnamomum camphora.

At present, there are 41 species of mammals in 6 orders, 17 families in the park, accounting for 47.1% of the total number of mammals in Heilongjiang Province. Among them, one species belongs to the national first-class key protected animal: sable, accounting for 4.9% of all species. There are 6 kinds of animals under the second level national protection: Lynx, black bear, yellow throated mink, otter, red deer and musk deer, accounting for 14.6%. There are 10 species of local key protected animals in Heilongjiang Province: red fox, mink, wolf, ferret, wild boar, roe deer, chipmunk and common hedgehog, accounting for 24.4%. There are 23 other species, accounting for 56.1%.

Birds are the most ornamental forest animals, and are beneficial to agriculture and forestry. At the same time, bird watching and bird protection are also the most direct way for human beings to get close to nature. There are 199 species of birds in this area. At present, the largest number is passerine birds: 98 species, accounting for 49.25%. There are 158 species of migratory birds, accounting for 79.40%. There are 41 resident birds, accounting for 20.60%. There are 154 species of breeding birds in this area, accounting for 77.39%. In addition, 113 species of migratory birds have joined the Sino Japanese agreement on the protection of migratory birds. Among them, black crane and Golden Eagle are the first class protected birds in this area.

Weihushan Jiuzhai

Weihushan Jiuzhai is the core scenic spot of summer tourism in Weihushan National Forest Park of Chaihe Bureau. It was developed and constructed in 2002. Formerly known as Jiuzhai of Mudanjiang north national primary school, it is a national AAAA scenic spot.

Weihu landscape paradise

Weihushan water park is a water resort deep in the great forest. Development and construction

Weihushan National Forest Park is approved by the original Ministry of forestry linzaopizi (1993) No. 166 document, with a total area of 415000 hectares. In August 1995, heisenbianzi (1995) No.6 document of Heilongjiang Forest Industry General Administration approved the establishment of "Weihushan National Forest Park" and established "Hushan National Forest Park Administration". Chaihe Forestry Bureau officially put up two brands of "Weihushan National Forest Park" and "Weihushan National Forest Park Administration". In 2003, Chaihe xiaojiuzhai scenic spot Co., Ltd. was formed by private joint-stock system to operate the "Chaihe xiaojiuzhai" scenic spot. Tourism projects are limited to sightseeing and rafting. In 2007, Chaihe xiaojiuzhai was promoted to AAA scenic spot. In May 2011, it was taken over by the forestry bureau. In that year, the infrastructure of the scenic spot was repaired, and the development of water park and other tourism projects was started. In August 2012, the first phase of the water park project was completed to receive tourists, and the Jiuzhai scenic spot of Weihu mountain embarked on the track of rapid development. In October 2013, it was promoted to the national AAAA scenic spot. With the completion of the second and third phases of the project in 2013 and 2014, and according to the national AAAAA scenic spot standards, the infrastructure of the scenic spot, such as tourism transportation, sightseeing, tourism safety, health, post and telecommunications services, tourism shopping, comprehensive management, resource and environmental protection, has been gradually improved. By the end of 2015, a total of 356 million yuan has been invested in the construction of the scenic spot.
