On May 21, 1947, with the approval of the Central Committee, the Northeast bureau decided to set up the working committee of the Communist Party of Inner Mongolia. Here, the working committee of the Communist Party of Inner Mongolia, with Comrade Ulan Fu as its secretary, spread the voice of Chairman Mao and the Party Central Committee to the vast land of Inner Mongolia and led the Inner Mongolian people to move from victory to victory until November 1949 when they moved to Zhangjiakou.
