Yingjie township is under the jurisdiction of Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. It is located in the southwest of the county, south of Hatong expressway, and adjacent to Acheng District of Harbin City in the south. Introduction

Planning History

In 1948, lynx district was renamed Yingjie District in memory of Qi Yingjie, who died in the fight against bandits during the war of liberation. In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, it belongs to binjin District of Pennsylvania.

After 1915, it was under the jurisdiction of the Second District of Binxian county. After the fall of Northeast China, lynx river protection was initially set up, and later changed to lynx village.

After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945.

In January 1946, lynx district was set up.

It was changed to Yingjie District in 1948.

In June 1949, it was changed into the 12th district, and in October of the same year it was changed into the 13th district.

In July 1950, it was changed to district 15.

In 1955, it was renamed Yingjie district.

In March 1956, Yingjie township was set up instead of regionalized township.

In September 1958, it was renamed Yingjie people's commune.

In March 1984, the government and society were separated and changed into Yingjie township.

Coverage area

Yingjie township is long in North and south, narrow in East and West, mountainous in the South and plain in the north. The highest mountain in the territory is Baishilazi mountain, 361 meters above sea level. Lynx river runs through the countryside. The total area of the township is 169.2 square kilometers, including 73600 mu of cultivated land and 94000 mu of mountain forest.
