Baishi park is located in the center of Hexi area of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province. In 2001, the construction of the park was officially started. Baishi park is about 900 meters long, with Qishi Memorial Hall in the East, Nanling road in the west, Gaobiao road in the north, Zhongshan street in the south, and 350 meters wide.
