Dali Tiangong temple, also known as "Qingyun Palace", was founded in the second year of Jiaqing (1797) of the Qing Dynasty. It has been more than 200 years since it was founded. Wu Mingde, a Zhangpu native, crossed the Taiwan with a statue of God and came to Yilan with Wu Sha. They were worshipped by the statue of an. In the 16th year of Daoguang, the temple was built at the foot of Caoling, which was called "Tiangong Temple". In the 30th year of Guangxu, the temple was purchased and relocated.
