Guanghan White Horse Temple
Located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, Baima temple is the first Buddhist temple built in the 11th year of Yongping in Eastern Han Dynasty after Buddhism was first introduced into China from India. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, CAI and Qin Jing went to the western regions (India) to get scriptures. On the way, they met the Indian monks JIAYE moteng and zhufalan, who brought the Scriptures to the East. They brought them back to Los Angeles with white horses. The next year, the temple was built and named after the white horse. Later, it was decorated and built in successive dynasties. It once flourished for a time. Baima temple in Luoyang is the first Buddhist temple built after Buddhism was introduced into China from India. History of Baima Temple
According to the records of Hanzhou - Jianzhi written by Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, the monasteries governing the West (governance, that is, governance, formerly known as the seat of the local government) have Baima Temple (monastery). At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, the abbot of Baima temple, master fazang, invited the Dharma king of dadegamaba, the great living Buddha of Awang, the great living Buddha of zhangdaha and the great living Buddha of Reba to preach the Dharma to the temple. Eminent monks from all over the country and four disciples of Manchu, Han and Tibetan nationalities gather in Baima Temple (courtyard). There are as many as 800 permanent monks and more than 2000 residents. They once flourished for a time and are famous far and near.
In the 1940s and 1950s, master Neng Hai, the leader of Tibetan Buddhism and vice president of the all China Buddhist Association, led his disciples to preach the "Manjusri five character mantra" in this temple. He held the "great Weide Vajra", the "great Shilun Vajra" and the "great Shengle Vajra". He repeatedly held long-term and short-term closed practice. Many of them learned secrets like clouds, and those who got the degree like stars in the sky.

Second, Zhao Yun, one of the five tiger generals of Shu Kingdom, and Zhao Zilong, a valiant general of Changsheng, once led the troops to camp here. It is also said that the Baiguo tree is the place where the general tied his horse.
