Yingde National Forest Park is located in Yingde City, north of the central part of Guangdong Province. It is located in the northern edge of the Pearl River Delta. It consists of two spatially discontinuous blocks: Yingxi Fenglin area and Changhu area. It includes Yingde forest farm and some administrative areas of eight towns (streets), including Huanghua Town, Jiulong Town, Xiatai Town, Yingcheng street, Dazhan Town, Wangbu Town, Donghua town and Lianjiangkou town. The total planning area of the forest park is 49871.82 hectares, and its geographical coordinates are 112 ° 45 ′ 16 ″ - 113 ° 36 ′ 40 ″ E and 24 ° 01 ′ 50 ″ - 24 ° 20 ′ 45 ″ n. Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park belongs to the Beijiang River system of the Pearl River. The water body mainly exists in the form of rivers, streams, reservoirs, ponds and lakes. There are many hydrological resources in the forest park, such as Beijiang, Longjiang, Changhu reservoir and so on. Among them, the Beijiang River, formerly known as Qinshui, is the second largest river in the Pearl River system. It runs through the north and south of the forest park, with a width of about 400 meters. The river passes through Yingde forest farm from northeast to southwest, with a drainage area of 720 hectares, an average annual runoff of 498 million cubic meters, and a water energy content of 87000 kilowatts. Changhu reservoir is about 24 kilometers long, with water area of 740.00 hectares and storage capacity of 155 million cubic meters.

Yangyan cave
Yangyan cave is located near Guantang in Yingxi Fenglin area of Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park. It is a large karst cave. The elevation of the cave entrance is about 600 meters. It is preliminarily discovered that the main cave has a four storey hall, with a total area of more than 200000 square meters.
Fairyland in the cave
Dongtian fairyland is located in Jiulong Town of Yingxi peak forest area of Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park, also known as chuantianyan. The cave is 400 meters long, 60 meters wide and 80 meters high. A stream passes through the cave. Due to the ground collapse at the top of the cave, a 150 meter long and 15 meter wide cave mouth is formed. Stalactites and karst caves are developed on the cave wall, and stalagmites are developed at the bottom.
Writing tower
Wenbi pagoda is located outside beiluojiatang village, Yanbei Town, Yingxi peak forest area, Yingde National Forest Park, Guangdong Province. It is a five story octagonal solid brick pagoda built in Qing Dynasty. It is located from northeast to southwest. It is the only brick and gravel tower in Yingde with a height of 9.3 meters, a height of 2.15 meters and a perimeter of 9.3 meters. In 1995, it was listed as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
Tandong village waterfall
Tandong village waterfall is located in the south of Tandong village in Changhu area of Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park. At the outlet of shimaoqishan stream, there are three waterfall landscapes, Xizhai, Zhongzhai and Dazhai, with falls of about 10m, 20m and 30m respectively. Three pools formed by the impact of the waterfall.

Infrastructure
In 2001, Yingde City, Guangdong Province invested in the construction of Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park, which covers an area of more than 100000 hectares.
Honor recognition
In December 2000, the former State Forestry Administration approved the establishment of Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park, with an operating area of 107000 hectares. (in May 2018, the business scope was adjusted to 49871.82 hectares.)
In May 2015, Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park Dongtian fairyland was selected as the "National Tourism Price trustworthy scenic spot".
In June 2017, Guangdong Yingde National Forest Park was approved as a national AAAA tourist attraction.
