General stele Gallery

The stele Gallery of general Weide in Rongcheng was built in 1996. It adopts the style of ancient architecture, with carved beams and painted buildings. It is 268 meters long. The gallery shows the calligraphy handwriting of more than 130 generals from Rongcheng and their great achievements in fighting. Chi Haotian, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, wrote an inscription for it: "outstanding people, outstanding places, heroes come forth in large numbers.". The stele corridor of general Weide in Rongcheng is novel in form and rich in content. It integrates sightseeing, revolutionary tradition education and patriotism education. It makes the holy water view scenic spot a icing on the cake. After visiting, many visitors are full of praise and deeply inspired by education. It has been listed as the patriotic education base of Shandong Province.
