Baitashan Sea Island ecotourism area is located in Hangzhou Bay in the east of Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province. It is 2.3km away from the land bank and covers an area of 150 hectares. It is composed of three islands and two reefs. It is the largest and most concentrated land-based archipelago in Northern Zhejiang Province. The island has lush vegetation, towering ancient trees, flocks of seabirds and rich marine life in the surrounding waters. It is a marine eco-tourism scenic spot characterized by island scenery, bird island exploration, white pagoda scenic spot and marine sports.
