The former site of the Soviet consulate is located at No.2 Lu Xun Road, Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, the people's Republic of China. It was built in 1905 and is now a cultural relic protection unit in Dalian city.

The former site of the Soviet consulate in Dalian has a building area of 1430 square meters, which is of European style. Since 1925, the consulate of the union of Soviet Socialist Republics in Dalian has been located in this building. In 1942, Soviet consul Petrov Zeng Yan'an, the Dalian intelligence group of the Soviet Communist International secret service, collected information from the Japanese Kwantung Army. After 1945, the former site of the consulate became the office building of Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau. Now this building is the office building of Dalian Charity Association under Dalian Civil Affairs Bureau.
