Guanyin bridge

Guanyin bridge is the best preserved ancient stone arch bridge in Lushan Mountain. It was built more than 990 years ago in 1014 A.D. in the seventh year of Dazhong Xiangfu in the Northern Song Dynasty. Because the stone arch bridge was erected on the Three Gorges stream, it was called the Three Gorges bridge. Later, at the end of the Qing Dynasty, local people built a Guanyin temple at the south end of the Three Gorges bridge. Since then, local people used to call the Three Gorges bridge Guanyin bridge. Guanyinqiao scenic spot is a famous place of Lushan Mountain since ancient times. Now the scenic spot is composed of South Gate, service area, shuidui room, Zodiac garden, the sixth spring in the world, Three Gorges stream, Guanyinqiao, Guanyinmiao, couple tree, coffin stone, yuxianchi, wangxiantai, Songzi pool, wobao, zuobentan pool, tianshengguanyin cliff painting, Yuyuantan and Qixian temple.
