Fuyuan port
Fuyuan port is a kind of port approved by the State Council in May 1992. It was officially put into use in February 1993. In January 1994, the Chinese and Russian governments confirmed it as an international river port for passenger and freight transportation. The port is located in Fuyuan City, the northeast border of Heilongjiang Province, which is the most eastern port in China.
geographical position
It is located in the triangle of Heilongjiang and Wusuli River. It is only 65 km away from the channel of Khabarovsk, the largest city in the Far East of Russia. Fuyuan port is a good natural deep-water port, which can berth and operate 500-2000 tons of freighters. From Fuyuan port, along the Amur river of Russia, through habavsk, Gongqingcheng and mago port, it can enter the Tatar Strait and the sea of Japan. It can not only make the ships of Heilongjiang province directly go out into the sea, but also connect Fuyuan with the inland and Northeast Asian countries.
Fuyuan port can reach Amur Gongqing City, the third largest city in the Far East, along the Heilongjiang River, from which the railway can lead to the Soviet port. Nikolayevsk, a river port and seaport city, is the only waterway to the sea in Heilongjiang Province and Jiamusi city. The border line of Fuyuan port is long. Among the nine towns under its jurisdiction, six towns are located on the border line between China and Russia. The corresponding Russian area is a densely populated and economically developed area.
Fuyuan has a wide water area with no shoals in the river. The deepest water area at the port can reach about 10 meters, with an average water depth of 4 meters. It is the best deep-water port on China's side of Heilongjiang Province. Fuyuan port is the best transshipment port of Heilongjiang Province and Jiamusi City, which can berth 5000 ton barges and reach the sea port of Heilongjiang Province in wet season.
Traffic conditions
From Fuyuan port to Amur Gongqing City, the third largest city in the Far East, you can get to the Soviet port by railway. The river port and harbor city nikolayevsk, which can reach the sea entrance of Heilongjiang Province, are the waterway to the sea of Heilongjiang Province. Reform and development
In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening-up, the export-oriented economy of Fuyuan port has developed rapidly, and the development of tourism industry of border trade has driven the border tourism trade. The port economy has become an important part of Fuyuan characteristic economy. With the deepening of economic system reform, a diversified pattern of common development of various economic components has taken shape.
According to the document No. 90 issued by the government of Heilongjiang Province, Fuyuan has been approved to set up a Sino Russian trade zone. Zhengyang trade market and Oriental Sino Russian trade market have been incorporated into the management of the trade zone, which has begun to take shape. The fully closed modern market echoes with the original large and medium-sized shopping malls, department stores and night markets, forming a unique tourist shopping center in Fuyuan city.
economic development
Since 1992, the total foreign trade volume of Fuyuan port has reached 1 billion US dollars, with an average annual increase of 83.3%; the import and export goods are 1.3 million tons, with an average annual increase of 70.8%; the import and export personnel are 1.1 million person times, with an average annual increase of 18%. This series of figures clearly shows the economic growth of Fuyuan port.
Fuyuan municipal government actively adjusts the border trade industry and product structure, develops characteristic products, and strives to build Fuyuan into a supply and production base of vegetables, meat, poultry and eggs for Khabarovsk. The total export volume of real estate vegetables accounts for a large share in Khabarovsk market, and has set up two wholesale markets of vegetables, fruits and grains. In recent years, Fuyuan has successively established two wholesale markets in Sakhalin, birobizhan, Harbin Gongqingcheng and other places have carried out economic and technological cooperation projects such as vegetable planting and furniture production.
