Kangbanuoer, Mongolian means beautiful lake. Kangbanuoer Lake tourist area is located in Kangbao County, Hebei Province. Echoing with kangbanuoer lake, the green kangbanuoer Forest Park is on the west side of the highway.

Kangbanuoer Forest Park covers an area of 3000 mu, with an estimated total investment of 10 million yuan and a construction period of 2 years. According to the geographical characteristics of different regions and the cultural characteristics of the county, the forest park has designed "one mountain, three fields, six gardens, twenty-four stones and fifty kinds of flowers and trees". Abundant tree species are distributed in different areas of the park, making kangbanuoer forest park a unique "Bashang plant demonstration park".

Kangbanuoer, Mongolian means beautiful lake. Kangbanuoer Lake tourist area is located in Kangbao County, Hebei Province. Kangbao County is located in the northwest of Hebei Province and the southeast edge of Inner Mongolia Plateau in the junction of Hebei and Inner Mongolia. It belongs to Yinshan dome fold belt, commonly known as "Bashang Plateau". Its average altitude is 1450 meters, and its geographical coordinates are 114 ° 11 ′ - 114 ° 56 ′ E and 41 ° 25 ′ - 42 ° 08 ′ n. The county is 350 kilometers away from Erlian in the north and Beijing in the south. Zhangku Avenue passes through the county. It is a traffic fortress leading to Inner Mongolia, and plays a role as a bridgehead and distribution center in the communication between Hebei and Inner Mongolia. The county covers an area of 3395.4 square kilometers, covering 62 kilometers and 80 kilometers. It governs 327 administrative villages in 8 townships and 7 towns, with a total population of 283000. Echoing with kangbanuoer lake, there is an open hillside grassland on the west side of the highway. All kinds of trees are planted on this fertile land. This is kangbanuoer Forest Park in Kangbao County. From afar, it looks like a pleasant pastoral painting.

Construction background

In order to carry out the county greening work, implement the strategy of "ecological county", promote the three-year transformation of urban appearance and create urban and rural ecological civilization, Kangbao County Forestry Bureau of Hebei Province issued the implementation plan of county greening in 2012 in April 2012. Requirements for assessment of net growth rate and suggestions for Zhangjiakou to build a national forest city, Kangbao County further vigorously implements the greening work of the county, constructs the forest ecosystem of the county with reasonable layout, the largest amount of green, diverse plants, beautiful landscape, leisure and recreation, and lays the foundation for the creation of a provincial Garden County, and gradually realizes the new greening pattern of "forest into the City, garden into the hospital, and ecological culture into the family". According to the greening standards of 300m green and 500m garden in urban area, the county government strengthened the construction of parks and squares in 2012.

"One mountain" refers to 300 mu of lawn around the mountain, which is decorated with various artificial and wild flowers; "three fields" refers to 60 mu of leisure and cultural square, 20 mu of fitness and entertainment playground and roller skating rink; "six gardens" refers to 500 mu of Dingxiang garden, plum garden, Apricot Garden, Jingtao garden, rose garden and wild botanical garden;

"Twenty four stones" refers to placing some interesting stones of different sizes in different scenic spots, with a total of 24 stones There are 50 kinds of flowers and trees, including evergreen tree species such as Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and spruce, economic tree species such as Jingtao and plum, and exotic shrub species such as Spiraea, Dianthus, Stellera chamaejasme, Ulmus pumila, Euonymus japonicus and Nitraria. These tree species are organically distributed in different areas of the park, and become a unique "Bashang plant demonstration park".
