Gao Ershi Memorial
Gao Ershi memorial hall is located in the west of Zhujiang Town, Pukou District, Nanjing city. You can see a tall Pavilion on Qiuyu mountain at a glance. This is Gao Ershi memorial hall, one of the four old museums in Jinling. It is close to Xiao Xian memorial hall, and is arranged in parallel with Lin Sanzhi memorial hall, Xiao Xian Memorial Hall and Hu Xiaoshi Memorial Hall. It is located at the southernmost end of the four old museums.
Impression of the library
Gao Ershi memorial hall is located on the south side of Qiuyu mountain, surrounded by green bamboo forest. The whole building is light gray and bright in color. It is naturally bright and dazzling in the lush forest and bamboo. It is just like the man-made art of my husband. When I come near, I feel a kind of reverence and admiration.
Gao Ershi Memorial Hall covers an area of 5330 square meters, with a building area of 1250 square meters. It is designed by Shan Yong, a professor of Southeast University. The name of the hall is Lanting Xu Ji Zi.
On the second floor, the most striking thing is the copy of the letter sent by Comrade Mao Zedong to Guo Moruo on July 28, 1965, which is "better than nothing". It makes people feel as if they saw the debate of that year again. Just as Mr. Su yuanlei said in his poem, "it's not too late to refute the case in Lanting, but ten thousand people know it when Gaowen comes out."
The cemetery built in accordance with the slope is also quite ingenious. On the front is the tomb of Gao Ershi inscribed by Lin Sanzhi, a close friend of Gao, and on the back is the handwriting of "Manti Ershi Shuhou" written by Zhang Shizhao one day after the spring breeze of Jiachen.
Approaching the memorial hall, we can see that the building is not very big. There is only a high Pavilion, a stele gallery and a tomb. The whole building follows the shape of the building. The main exhibition hall is windmill shaped and well arranged. The architectural appearance is single slope and inclined plane, which symbolizes the upright quality of Gao Lao. Lanting is a leap floor construction. There are nearly 100 pieces of works donated by Gao's family and children downstairs. Most of them are poems, postscripts and notes. Rough reading is like rough head, disorderly clothes, leaning, leaning, breaking, as if the whole article does not belong to the spirit. However, if you read it carefully, you can see that it is vigorous, smooth, penetrating, unexpected and reasonable, free and magical, with the combination of reality and emptiness But do not go beyond the rules, read to make people incisively happy, aftertaste.
Commemorative figures
Gao Ershi (1903-1977) was a native of Xiaodian, Xingtai Town, Jiangyan City, Jiangsu Province. His original name was Xihuang. He was a doctor in his middle age and a Shufu in his old age. The number of Zhai is Cao Sheng Zhai and Gu Tong Tang. Contemporary famous scholars, poets and calligraphers are good at calligraphy, especially cursive. Introduced by Zhang Shizhao in 1963, he was employed as a librarian of Jiangsu Provincial Library of culture and history. He has made outstanding achievements in the research and creation of literature, history and philosophy, poetry and calligraphy. His works include "Xinding jijiuzhang and textual research", "Xiaolu", "Liu Wenbin Bianyi Jiuliu Shuji", "Gao Ershi calligraphy anthology", etc.
In February 1903, Gao Ershi was born into a private teacher's family. He studied hard since he was a child. At the age of 16, he was admitted to Yangzhou normal school. He wrote well and was praised by his hometown. However, he didn't think it was enough. He traveled to Beijing and Shanghai on holidays, visited his teachers and friends, and met Ge Gongzhen, Han Guojun and Zhang Shizhao for the first time. In the 1930s, Chen Shuren, a veteran of the Kuomintang and a painter of the Lingnan School, often published his paintings and asked for poems in newspapers. Gao applied for many times to appreciate them. Later, he was employed as secretary of the overseas Chinese Affairs Committee. After the July 7th incident, he was transferred to the Legislative Yuan secretary. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he also served as some university professors. In the 1960s, he was employed by the provincial government as a librarian of Jiangsu Provincial Library of culture and history until he died in March 1977 at the age of 74.
Mr. Gao Ershi has made remarkable achievements in his research on literature, history and philosophy, his creation of poems, songs and Fu, and his research on the art of calligraphy. In 1965, in the debate about the authenticity of the preface to Lanting, Mr. Er Shi said in his famous refutation of the authenticity of the preface to Lanting: "I'm not happy to follow others." At that time, Guo Moruo's "preface to the Orchid Pavilion is the support of later generations" was put forward in Yuan Dynasty, and many people agreed with it. However, Mr. Er Shi didn't follow the common customs, had his own unique opinions, and took the lead in expressing his objection. Later, Chairman Mao personally contributed to the "Lanting debate". His "refutation of the truth and falsehood of the preface to Lanting" was published in newspapers and periodicals, which became a major event in the literary world at that time. Therefore, Gao Lao established a distinct personality in the academic and calligraphy circles.
Mr. Gao Ershi devoted his whole life to the inheritance and development of calligraphy. His calligraphy began to learn from the Tang Dynasty, followed up the Qin, Han, Wei and Jin Dynasties, and went down to the song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. He was well-known in the calligraphy circle for his cursive and cursive strokes. Looking at his excellent cursive calligraphy, his calligraphy style is more intense and lasting. His cursive calligraphy creation has reached the peak of the contemporary era, which is different from Lin Sanzhi.
