Xiangshui jade waterfall: Emperor Qianlong visited his ancestors' mausoleum for the first time in 1743. He went to this area and wrote a poem "guanaohan waterfall water" with Manchu, Mongolian and Han characters. Three years later, Emperor Qianlong came here again and wrote a seven character poem named "jade waterfall".

In the valley of Aohan banner and Wengniute Banner. Laoha river flows through here, straight into the towering Stone Mountain, and then plunges into the deep valley. It rushes down the gorge, which is only about 50 meters wide, 30 meters deep, and more than 700 meters long. The momentum is turbulent, and the water foam splashes. It makes a magnificent sound like beating ten thousand drums, forming the spectacle of "Xiangshui jade waterfall". Here, green trees, cool climate, steep cliffs, strange shapes of boulders stand in the river, and the sound of water varies with the seasons. It is a rare scenic spot.

Xiangshui jade waterfall is located in the north of Aohan banner, Chifeng City, 90 kilometers away from the seat of the banner government, on the Laoha River, which borders aorunsumosumu and gaorihansumu of Wengniute Banner. As the old ha river flows eastward, it passes through the stone mountain in Horqin sandy land, forming a famous waterfall. Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty gave it the name of "jade waterfall" and local people called it "Xiangshui". When the Laoha river flows through the northern border of Aohan, it splits the Rocky Mountains in the desert into canyons. The water flows down and makes a thunderous sound, forming a magnificent waterfall landscape in the desert. Due to the complex terrain, the river quickly fell into the stone well more than 3 meters deep, and then fell into the stone well less than 20 meters ahead, then leaped out again, fell in three times, fell out three times, and made three loud noises at the same time. The stone walls on both sides of the Strait echoed in harmony, making a loud sound. However, with years of drought and excessive water use, it is difficult to see such a scene; however, the beautiful scenery of Yupu Valley, just like Jiangnan, is worth visiting. Shiqi is also a scene. A stone on the South Bank of Henan Province is particularly peculiar. It looks like a huge stone chair, even with armrests. It is said that this is the imperial chair of Emperor Kangxi. On the west side of the stone chair, there is a tall stone pile, which is shaped like a pagoda. On the stone slopes on both sides of the stone pile, there are more than a dozen marks about the size of a bowl, which are similar to the marks of a horse's hoof. It is said that it is the mark left by Emperor Kangxi riding a horse to watch Xiangshui. Xiangshui is recorded in the draft of Qing history and related historical books. In 1698, Emperor Kangxi came here to enjoy the scenery.

Watching the water of Aohan waterfall

When I visited the ancestral mausoleum to Aohan, I saw that the water on the cliff leaped into the Pearl Cong Cheng, which is rare in Mongolian nomadic areas. Because this water is called Jade waterfall, I wrote poems.
