About oil painting

In the 19th century, a group of French realist painters gathered in Barbizon village near Paris, France. They used brushes to depict the scenery of the people living there. They found aesthetic value in the most common scenery. They are a group of painters who love their hometown and nature. Barbizon school is named after Barbizon village.

More than ten years ago, the group of oil painters in Lishui was inspired by French Barbizon school and found that beauty was around us. Therefore, they learned from the spirit of French Barbizon painters and decided to take the performance of the beauty of their hometown as their own duty, painting my hometown and moving towards nature. After years of practice, the created works have achieved good results in some exhibitions, and had a certain impact in and out of the province. Therefore, the outside world called Lishui oil painting group as Lishui Barbizon.
