Taipei little dome gymnasium is the first international large-scale comprehensive gymnasium in Taiwan. It is divided into Main Gymnasium and auxiliary gymnasium. Construction history

Built by the Taipei municipal government, the Taipei Dome was put into trial operation in October 2005 and officially opened in December 2005.

Taipei little dome stadium, formerly known as the Taipei Municipal Baseball Stadium, has always been the main venue for large-scale international competitions in Taiwan. Due to the unreasonable design of the original interior and the typhoon, it was demolished and rebuilt to become Taipei little dome stadium.

Venue structure

With a total cost of NT $4.767 billion, the stadium has two floors underground and five floors above the ground. It is the first multi-functional gymnasium and large-scale comprehensive shopping mall in Taiwan Province. The whole stadium is divided into the main hall with 15000 seats and the skating sub hall with 800 seats. Due to the design reasons, the venue has more concerts with three platforms. The main building area is more than 90000 square meters, which can hold basketball, tennis, gymnastics, taekwondo and other indoor sports. Taipei little dome gymnasium is a multi-functional gymnasium with 15000 seats, which is divided into Main Gymnasium and auxiliary gymnasium. With a total floor area of 90900 square meters, the main gymnasium is the first international gymnasium in Taiwan to provide basketball, tennis, gymnastics, taekwondo world-class games and other related activities.
