Ghost Valley cave

Guigu cave is located in Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park in Zhangjiajie City. It is one of the sixteen caves in Tianmen Mountain. It hangs on a cliff on the west line of the top of Tianmen Mountain. It is said that Guiguzi, a political strategist, once lived in this cave and practiced martial arts. The entrance of Guigu cave is square, and its location is extremely dangerous. It is more than 100 meters from the top of the mountain, and below it is the abyss.

It is said that Gui GuZi, a famous scholar in the Warring States period, once studied the book of changes in the cave wall, and devoted himself to practicing martial arts, creating the world-famous "ghost Valley magic skill". There is also a secret collection of Wulin, Tianmen 36 Tianchi, which is called Guigu cave by later generations.

In the Northern Song Dynasty, Zhang Jixian, the 30th generation master of Heaven (Xujing immortal), wrote a poem "think of the ghost Valley mountain, think of the true cave", which reads: "think of the true cave, cloud depth, Taoist residence, ghosts and gods, mountain flowers, pines and bamboos, flowing with thousands of ancient sounds, when to create a clear mind, climb the stone, and sing with laughter." Zhao Mengfu, a great calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty, wrote guiguyan: "the stone in front of guiguyan has strange characters in the Tang Dynasty; how to brush the moss and read Laojun's stele carefully." Yuan Jue, a poet of the Yuan Dynasty, also wrote a poem called "ghost Valley rock", which reads: "the Taigu stone is vertical and horizontal, and the thousand year old rattan is short and long; the rock is the place where you live, and you drink the ancient river ice alone." Zeng Ziliang, a scholar of the Yuan Dynasty, wrote a poem "Ning Zhen Guan", which reads: "when I go alone, I am not paid for my wishes, and I am cold at this time; when the sound of pines comes to the cave, the shadow of bamboo is still in the pool, and the sun is shining in the autumn; when Gujing knows what's happening in the Han Dynasty, the spring wants to wash and says that Han is ashamed; when I hear that the old house in the mountain is well, I say that duanju is very easy to repair." It is also recorded in Qi county annals that there are "Su Qin Tai, Zhang Yi Jing, Sun Bin Zhai, Pang Juan Jing" around Guigu cave, which are famous relics for thousands of years.

Legend of scenic spots

More than 2000 years have passed, but the old and simple appearance is still the same. The legume Wisteria (Dragon vine) dozens of feet high is a living witness of history at the cave. The lion's gold and silver storehouse, which is located in the middle of the mountain, is said to be rich when it can be opened. The Qingxi River in the mountain meets the Luxi River in Yunmeng Mountain. In the mountains, there are dense pine and bamboo trees. There is a deep valley extending 4 kilometers long, called ghost valley. According to legend, ghost Valley is connected with heaven, so it is called Mr. ghost Valley as the "blessed Lord of heaven". According to the historical records of Guigu cave in Yunmeng Mountain, we can see that the ancient steles discovered by Mr. Liu Ying in Dongyuan include Laojun stele, poems by Zhao Mengfu of Yuan Dynasty, and Guiyuan Sizhen Dongtian stele. In 953, Emperor Li Jing and his son Li Yu (empress Li Zhu) of Nankang were fond of the rubbings of ancient steles discovered by Liu Ying. They were funded by the royal family to build a temple for them. After they named them "Ning Zhen", Chen Xisheng practiced Jiao on the mountain. They chose Taoist Wei Youran and Wu Baohua to settle in Guigu mountain. From the Yuan Dynasty to the middle of the Yuan Dynasty, Wu Yushun, a Taoist priest in the Ziwei Taoist temple (now at the Liu's home in Nanche), was ordered by a real person to rebuild it with Tu Jinlan. There was a stream outside the temple, on which there was a "Di fan Pavilion" (at the existing pool of the former site), and a "Tianle Taoist temple" was built to the east of the temple. Guigudong historic site was listed as the cultural relic protection unit of Qi County in 1986. It was announced as a cultural relic protection unit of Henan Province in December 2006.

Yunmeng Mountain and Guigu cave have an ancient history. Historical materials prove that Ningzhen temple has a history of thousands of years, and it is in the same vein with the Tianshi Taoism of Longhu Mountain. Today, the ancestral court of Taoism, the Tianshi mansion of Longhu Mountain, is also making great efforts to help the Taoist temple of Guigu cave in Yunmeng Mountain. Ningzhen Temple site

Ningzhen temple is located at the foot of Guigu cave, 70 Li south of Shangqing palace. It belongs to Zhengyi Taoist temple. It is a place where Taoists worship their ancestors and gods. According to dongtianji: "it is the place where Mr. Guigu practices truth." It was built by Li Jing and Li Yu in the Southern Tang Dynasty, covering an area of about 1800 square meters. Wu Baohua, a Taoist of the Five Dynasties, lived here to practice. During the reign of emperor Renzong Jiayou of the Northern Song Dynasty (1056-1063), Wu Yushun, a Taoist, rebuilt it from the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1294). There were four halls, four halls, left and right Taoist houses and spare rooms. Zhao Meng, a great calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty, wrote about it in his poem ghost Valley rock: "the stone in front of the ghost Valley rock has strange characters in the Tang Dynasty. How to brush the moss and read the monument of Laojun carefully. " Ningzhen temple has built a statue of the immortal master in Guigu, where several Taoists practice.

Former site of Tianle Taoist temple

Tianle Taoist temple is located in the east of Ningzhen temple. It is divided into two buildings, 150 meters away and 200 square meters in area. It was built in the same era as Ningzhen temple. From the Yuan Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1294), Wu Yushun (Zeng Ziliang Ji), a Taoist of Ziwei in the Qing Dynasty, was rebuilt as a living place for Taoists. Later, most of them were destroyed, leaving only stone walls, 33 meters long and 10 meters high, which are still well preserved.

Ghost Valley cave

Guigu cave is located in the middle of Yunmeng Mountain. It looks like a cliff house. It is open outside and closed in. It is about 3 meters high, 8.5 meters deep and 4.8 meters wide. The wall of the cave is marine sedimentary rock. There are artificial gate railings on both sides of the cave. There are stone holes for doors on the top. The entrance is guarded by pictographic carp. There are natural stone bells and stone drums on both sides of the cave. It is said that the ancients can hear the drum in Dongyuan village. 1.5 meters away from the cave, there is a rock on the right side along the top of the cave, which is called Yunmeng bed. If a person lies on his back, his legs will naturally separate and his hands will naturally hang down on both sides, then he will naturally close his chest and breathe in his abdomen (breathing in the elixir). This is the best internal practice method of Taoism - fetal breathing method, also known as sleeping immortal skill. On the left is a huge dark blue rock, which looks like a unicorn with stripes. It looks like an artificial tadpole script or bird seal script. There are three small holes in the body of the rock, which are holes for oil, salt and rice. It is said that no matter how many people lived here, they could survive. In the eyes of the common people, this is very magical. In order to produce more oil, salt and rice, the common people chiseled the hole big, and there was nothing left. There are pictographic sun, moon and stars on the top of the rock. It is said that there is a shallow concave hole on the top, which is called natural Moonstone. It is said that it can move. For hundreds of years, it has moved slowly from the top of the cave to the edge of the cave. At that time, people would pay attention to the location of the moon stone as long as they got to the cave of ghost valley. According to the legend, "when the moon goes down, the world should be the same.". The deepest part of the cave is a statue of Guigu immortal master in his old age.

Ghost Valley cave

If a person enters a cave, he must face the loess, throw himself into the ground, first lower his left foot, then his right foot, put himself into the body, and then hold his hands together and fall vertically. According to the records of imperial Sikuquanshu: "the cave is dark in Guigu mountain, and it can hold thousands of people. There is a hole beside it. It's narrow. It's said that if someone comes into it, it's winding away, and the character Lu she is like a human being."

Pang Juan Jing

Pangjuan well is also known as Pangjia well. Located 50 meters north of the Ningzhen temple, it is in the same position as the tifan Pavilion rebuilt by Taoist Wu Yushun. People commonly known as "longan", is an important mountain stream in Guigu cave. The water is sweet and delicious, and it is also the source of drinking water in the Taoist temple.

Zhang Yijing

Zhang Yijing is also called Linquan well. It is more than 30 meters to the left of Guigu cave. The well is located in the natural cliff cave. The mouth of the well is like a horizontal treasure gourd with a diameter of about 2 meters. The spring water is clear, sweet and cold. It doesn't overflow or dry up. Even if it falls into bamboo leaves, it doesn't rot and has no peculiar smell. It is said that this well is managed and maintained by Zhang Yi, a disciple of the immortal master of Guigu, and is known as "the place where the forest springs stop, and will always be a Danqiu".

Sun Bin Village

Sun Bin village, 200 meters to the north of Ningzhen Temple site, is located in the lower part of Guigu mountain. In the depth of two closed valleys, it is built along the shape of the mountain
