Yanhexiang historical and cultural block is the second phase project of Xinpu Park in Lianyungang City. Located between Longhai pedestrian street women's street and Xinpu Park, the overall building imitates the style of Ming and Qing Dynasties. It will take antiques, calligraphy and painting, fashion catering as the main format. The whole street is 440 meters long, with a construction area of more than 7000 square meters. It will break through the north wall of Xinpu Park and integrate with the park. On the north side of the ancient street, a famous Chinese snack street will be built, where visitors can have cultural exchanges, leisure and entertainment, and enjoy the local snacks. After the completion of yanhexiang ancient street, it will be integrated with Jinhai international cinema, children's palace, open-air cinema, park, etc. to build Xinpu Cultural Industrial Park and become a place for cultural exchange between citizens and foreign tourists.

Historical evolution

Yanhe Lane historical and cultural block is located between Xinpu Park and Longhai pedestrian street women's street, with a total area of 20000 square meters. The first phase has a construction area of 7500 square meters, and the overall building imitates the style of Ming and Qing architectural complex. The total length of the block is 440 meters, 280 meters east-west and 160 meters north-south. It is divided into three different functional areas, namely leisure experience area, cultural shopping area and catering and entertainment area. The type of business is mainly cultural industry, interspersed with brand commerce, teahouse, leisure catering, antique calligraphy and painting, etc.

Walking in the historical and cultural block of Yanhe lane, you can feel the strong salt culture everywhere. There is a huge panoramic relief wall of salt making near the street. There are also bronze sculptures and water tankers showing the process of salt making and selling. The relief paintings in the scenic spot of Xuyuan pool are based on the hundred flower fairy in Jinghuayuan, and combined with Yulan flower, the city flower of Hong Kong City, to create a beautiful image of Yulan fairy.

The Tin Hau palace, which carries the historical development of Xinpu, attracts the attention of the public. The Tin Hau palace in Yanhe Lane historical and cultural district was rebuilt according to the inscriptions carved when the Tin Hau palace was built. In addition to the wing room and front hall, a stage was also built. The completed Tianhou palace will mainly undertake the functions of exhibition and performance.

The block will also set up large-scale naked eye 3D projection equipment on the stage behind Tianhou palace. After the opening of the street, the block will play a video specially made with Yanhe lane at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 every night.

Surrounding buildings

At present, the first phase of Yanhe Lane historical and cultural district has 96 shops, and now 75 have settled in. These shops include restaurants, bars, antiques, calligraphy and paintings, jade and so on. The brands include Xianyu Xian, xianzhuolin, illy Caffe, grandma's home, Lianghuai Yijue and so on. Most of them are in hot decoration. Xianyu Xian, 70houba and other shops have officially opened yesterday.

The west side of the block is next to the West Salt River. It is reported that bars, inns and galleries are mainly located along the Salt River. There are nostalgic music bars and beer houses in Germany. The unique layout of the merchants will become a unique scenery along the Salt River.

Yanhe Lane historical and Cultural District draws lessons from the business form and business philosophy of Nanjing 1912 District, and creates not only a simple commercial street, but a kind of life philosophy, connecting the fashion consumption of the port city and stimulating the economic vitality at night.

The second phase of the project will be started to undertake the first phase of the building to better realize the interaction with the park, and the underground parking lot will be added. The main formats of the second phase project are brand catering, performing arts stage, culture, entertainment, etc., which will be fully market-oriented.
