Shangguan Yunzhu Memorial

Shangguan Yunzhu memorial is located at 142 Hebei old street, Changjing town. On November 9, 2007, Shangguan Yunzhu memorial hall was officially opened in Changjing town of Jiangyin. Since its opening more than a year ago, there has been an endless stream of visitors from all over the world, including primary and secondary school students, citizens, friends in the literary and art circles, writers, teachers, business people, enterprise workers, and Changjing tourists living in other places. The vast number of visitors saw the elegant demeanor of a generation of movie stars, left a good impression on Changjing, received patriotic education, and kept in mind the motto of life: work conscientiously and be a clean man.

Facilities in the Museum

Facing south, it has a history of more than 400 years (the original house was bought by the Wei family from the Wang family). The house is of brick and wood structure, three Bay wide, three into two floors, a total of 350 square meters, located in the middle of the old street. Shangguan Yunzhu's father worked as a private school teacher and opened a small shop. His mother made a living by weaving and selling cloth. Because of his father's poor management, he sold his shop and went to Shanghai to make a living. During the land reform in 1952 after liberation, the government confiscated the two weijiadong houses from the south to the north. The property was owned by the local real estate department and rented to Changjing supply and marketing cooperative to open a shop until the early 1990s. In the west is a private house owned by Wei Jiawei in Qiuyue. The Wei family is away all the year round. The house is entrusted to Changjing housing management office and leased to Changjing supply and marketing cooperative. Considering the value of the house, the Party committee and government of Changjing town wanted to give full play to the role of Webster's former residence. Therefore, the Party committee of Changjing town held a joint meeting to study and decide to buy the house from Jiangyin housing management department and Webster's private house for restoration and repair. The restoration ceremony of Shangguan Yunzhu's former residence was held. The construction started in April, the repair ended in October, and the museum was arranged in November The layout of the memorial hall was completed and officially opened on November 9. At the opening ceremony, Jiangyin leaders Zhu minyang, Xu Dongqing and Chen Nan, vice chairman of China Federation of literary and art circles and chairman of China Film Association Wu Yigong, famous film performing artists Qin Yi and Liu Zifeng, famous playwright Huang Zongjiang and other older generation film artists, as well as Shangguan Yunzhu's relatives attended the opening ceremony. Famous directors Xie Jin and Wang Jiawei brought flower baskets for the opening of the memorial.

The layout of the exhibition hall is divided into three halls and two districts, namely, the preface of the first hall on the ground floor and Shangguan Yunzhu's life archives; the film and television Hall (in the middle of the ground floor); the first part of the exhibition hall is the artistic journey and screen image (in the middle of the ground floor, in the middle of the second floor and in the west of the front of the second floor); the second part is outside the screen (in the middle of the front of the second floor); the third part is the memory and reminiscence (in the east of the front of the second floor); the former Shangguan Yunzhu studies and lives in the west of Residential area (the last on the second floor); office and health area of the Memorial Hall (the second Hall on the ground floor).

In Shangguan Yunzhu's former residence, she left inscriptions from her colleagues in Shanghai film industry. There are Wu Yigong's "Jiangnan pearl, shangguanyunzhu, two bright pearls, leaping brilliantly together"; Xie Jin's "beautiful Changjing cultivated shangguanyunzhu"; Zhong Xinghuo's "can't remember Changjing"; Qin Yi's "Changjing deep friendship" and other precious ink treasures.

Commemorative figures

Shangguan Yunzhu (from March 2, 1920 to November 23, 1968) was born in Changjing Town, Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province. She was named junluo, and her character was outstanding. Shangguan Yunzhu, a native of Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, was originally named Wei junluo and Wei Yajun. In May 1938, he came to Shanghai and worked in he's photo studio for his livelihood. He was admitted to Huaguang drama school in 1940 and appeared on the stage for the first time in Hongshen's one act drama rice. Soon, he entered the actor training class of Xinhua film company. In 1941, she shot her first work "Rose floating" in Yihua film company, and then went to the screen. When she starred in the new film "King Tiger snatches his bride", which is directed by famous director Xu Xinfu, the famous director Bu wancang gave her the stage name of "Shangguan Yunzhu". He won the best actress award of China Film century award in 1995 and the elegant art award of Baosteel in 1994. In 1955, Shanghai Film Studio began filming "the storm of South Island". In 1936, Wei junhun dropped out of school and married Zhang Dayan (his brother Zhang Dali), the second young master of a local rich family. He gave birth to a son, Zhang Qijian. Chen Fuguan wrote a long documentary literature Shangguan Yunzhu.
