Wan'an mountain top park is located at the junction of Yibin district and Yichuan County in Luoyang, covering Zhuge Town, Lichun Town, Koudian town in Yibin District, Pengpo town and Lvdian town in Yichuan County. It is a large-scale Mountain Park invested and constructed by Luoyang Municipal government.

The park started construction on January 19, 2015 and officially opened on May 16, 2016.

The park is built on the East-West line of the main peak of Wan'an mountain, starting from guanyiting in the west, along the Mountain View Road to the east side of zushi temple in the East, with a total length of about 14.6 km and a width of about 180 meters in both north and south. The average elevation of the park is about 500 meters, and the highest elevation is more than 900 meters.

In an area of about 14.6 km from east to west, covering a total area of about 2000 mu, 6200 big trees, more than 40 varieties of small trees and shrubs, 595000 trees, 31000 meters of irrigation pipelines, 4 reinforced concrete reservoirs and 3 pumping stations are planted.

"The top of the mountain is green, the environment is pleasant, and the park is convenient for citizens to enjoy themselves." There is a custom among people in Zhuge, Lichun and Yichuan at the southern foot of Wan'an mountain, that is, every year around the third day of the third lunar month, people of all ages, regardless of men and women, will go up to the mountain to enjoy the flower outing, burn incense and worship Buddha. This custom has lasted for more than a thousand years.

In October 2014, our city issued the "planning and design for the restoration of the greening of Wan'an mountain", planning and designing the top of the main mountain of Wan'an mountain according to the country park standard. After intensive design and bidding, the construction of Wan'an mountain top Park started in January 2015.

The Wan'an mountain top Park covers an area of 158 hectares. It is located along the East-West line of the main peak of Wan'an mountain, with a total length of about 14.6 km and a north-south width of about 180 meters. The scenic spots of the park start from the west to the east of xiaoyaopo. The entrance service area is distributed along the line from west to East. It is planned to have three themes: historical and cultural scenic spot "looking up to the saints and nostalgia", Avenue cultural scenic spot "xiuxin Wenwen" and leisure scenic spot "leisure and recreation".
