Traditional layout

The overall structure of the new temple still continues the traditional layout of "Jialan seven halls". All the buildings face south, and they are symmetrical and orderly. Walking into the mountain gate, the first thing you can see is the temple of heavenly kings, in which there are six statues of Maitreya Buddha, four heavenly kings and Wei Tuo. There are bell and drum towers on the East and west sides of the Tianwang hall. Whenever the melodious and heavy bell rings, it will show the world a beautiful scene of "the ancient temple is fragrant in the morning and dusk, and the Buddhist temple is golden bell sooner or later". Stepping out of the heavenly king hall, you will see the main hall of the Buddhist temple, the great hall.
There are eighteen Arhats on the East and west sides of the main hall. Behind the Tianwang hall are the Sutra Pavilion and the abbot building under construction, and there are East and West halls on both sides. The construction of the auxiliary hall still adopts the classic architectural techniques of the ancient temple, with four corridors, cornices and arches, carved beams and painted buildings. Overlooking the Jinshan Temple, the buildings on the central axis are unfolded with a broken rhythm and scattered melody, while the buildings on both sides of the axis echo with it in a centripetal attitude, forming a whole of space-time integration, which is both solemn and decent, and does not lose the refined charm of Buddhist culture.

According to the anecdote of Qingyun county annals compiled in the Republic of China, Chen Guangrui and his wife Yin Mantang took office in Wudi County (now Qingyun is in the north of yujiadian village, Wudi's old city) in the Sui Dynasty. Passing by Liu village, Qingyun county annals, they crossed the river by boat. Liu Hong, a water thief, saw that Yin's family was charming and evil hearted. The boat went deep into the river, pushed Chen Guangrui into the river and drowned him, and forcibly occupied the Yin family. At that time, the Yin family was pregnant and had to live with humiliation.
After the child was born, Liu Hong wanted to do harm again. Yin sewed a piece of cloth with life experience on the child's chest, then hid the child in a wooden box and secretly put it into the river. The wooden box floated down the river to Jinshan Temple and was found and rescued by monks in the temple. Shortly after that, Yin committed suicide.
Elder faming entrusted his child to a Liang family in Kangjia Village (the village used to be in the northwest corner of taojia village in Qingyun Town, but it had not existed for a long time). After a little longer, he went back to the temple, commonly known as Hailiu monk, who was later called Tang Monk. Artists compiled the story into the opera "daotingmen" (yinmantang's complaint) or storytelling, which was handed down.
