Located in Qipanshan International tourist scenic spot, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the Chinese Food Culture Museum covers an area of 287 Mu and a building area of 4000 square meters. It is the first special museum in the world to study food culture. The Chinese food culture museum was built in 2002. It was originally located in Zhongshan Park in Shenyang. It was moved to Qipanshan International Tourist Scenic Spot in 2005. Mr. Qigong, a famous calligrapher, wrote the plaque for the museum; Jiang Xi, honorary president of China Cuisine Association, personally inscribed that the museum is "China's first food culture museum". Mr. Chen Jianxin, President of the Chinese restaurant Federation of Spain, inscribed "the first restaurant of food culture in the world".

Development history

The Chinese food culture museum was built in 2002. It was originally located in Zhongshan Park in Shenyang. It was moved to Qipanshan International Tourist Scenic Spot in 2005.

The Chinese food culture museum is not only a cultural place to carry forward food culture and popularize nutrition and health, but also a provincial popular science education base. It is also a good place for tourism, leisure and vacation with profound cultural connotation of human landscape and natural landscape. With four food culture exhibition halls as the core, the museum is equipped with a vegetable greenhouse experimental base, Hotels with ethnic characteristics, elegant villas and northeast quadrangles. The first exhibition hall displays the dining utensils from Neolithic period to modern times. The second exhibition hall, with "ceremony" as the center, systematically introduces the banquet embodying "etiquette" and the special tableware used in the banquet since ancient times in China. The third Pavilion, a complete restoration of the 20th century in different periods of food culture. The fourth Exhibition Hall shows people that the diet structure based on grains is in line with the constitution of Oriental people, and advocates scientific and healthy diet concept.

Ticket price: from April 1 to October 31, each year is 40 yuan; from November 1 to March 31, each year is 30 yuan. Children under 1.3 meters in height can visit with their guardians free of charge.
