Sushansi National Forest Park is located in changxuanling street, Huangpi District, central Wuhan city. It has more than 100 species of rare plants and rare animals. It was originally a state-owned forest farm run by the county. Most of the trees are natural secondary forests, and the forest coverage rate is more than 98%. There are more than 2000 kinds of subtropical and temperate plants, which are called "Shennongjia of Wuhan City" by ecologists. It has nearly ten thousand mu of mountain forest and more than 100 species of rare plants and rare animals. It was originally a state-owned forest farm of the county and was approved as a National Forest Park in 1993.
