It's in the north of Lizhengmen. It's the main hall of the summer resort. There are outer and inner meridian gates in front of the hall. The court room, the music Pavilion, after the four knowledge library, bedroom and other buildings.

The inner Meridian Gate is a small reading and shooting place held by the Qing emperor when he went to Mulan paddock in Chengde for autumn hunting every year. There is a four character plaque of "summer resort" written by Emperor Kangxi on the door. The East and west walls are carved stone of "six rhymes of reading and shooting" written by Emperor Qianlong. The hall was built in 1710, the 49th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. In 1754, it was completely rebuilt with nanmu, so it is also called nanmu hall. It has 7 rooms in width, 3 rooms in depth, and a single eaves rolling shed on the top of the mountain. The hall is decorated with a plaque of "modesty and sincerity" written by Emperor Kangxi. It covers an area of 583 square meters. The window leaf, fan, pingqi are carved with bat, Wanzi, Shouzi, curly grass and other patterns. In rainy season, the hall has a strong smell of Phoebe. Every year, the emperor of Qing Dynasty received the leaders of various ethnic groups, princes and ministers, and foreign envoys on the Wanshou Festival and the celebration ceremony. In the 45th year of Qianlong's reign, Panchen VI celebrated his birthday at the Tibetan mountain villa, where Qianlong met.
