China's first professional amber Museum officially opened in Chengdu Morgan center. In the space of more than 1200 square meters, visitors can correctly understand the scientific knowledge about amber, feel the beauty of amber, and have the honor to witness the rare and precious raw Amber Stone in the world.
"This is the first professional non-profit amber Museum in China," said Ma Ming, amber connoisseur, collector and director of amber Museum. "We open from 10:30 to 17:30 every Monday to Saturday. All friends can visit it free of charge. We also have professional commentators to increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons at the same time."
Previously, Wei Xuefeng, the chief expert of Sichuan Museum, wrote a eulogy of "Han Song Yi Yu" after visiting the amber in Yishui hall. Here, amber from different producing areas, with different shapes, colors and contents, will tell stories about thousands of years. In addition, the museum also has a science museum, audio-visual Museum, collection hall and other different functional collections to show visitors the magnificent amber world.
Amber, as early as 15000 years ago in the prehistoric stone age, is closely related to our ancestors.
