Longzang Temple
Longzang temple, formerly known as cihui'an, was built in 629, the third year of Zhenguan reign of Tang Dynasty. It is located at No. 86, Rongjun Road, Xinfan Town, Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.
History of cultural relics
The "longzang Temple" in Xinfan town was expanded into a temple and renamed as longzang temple during the reign of emperor Dazhong and Xiangfu in Song Dynasty. It was destroyed at the end of Yuan Dynasty and rebuilt at the beginning of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty and Kangxi in Qing Dynasty. He was presided over by Dalang, an eminent monk in the early Qing Dynasty, and Xuetang, a poet monk in the late Qing Dynasty. He respected talents and attracted a large number of scholars, poets and calligraphers. He built a forest of Steles in Longcang temple, built Dalang steles and built weirs to control water. Gu Changchu, a famous poet and calligrapher, lived in longzang temple in his later years. After his death, he was buried beside the temple with his stepmother fan Luojuan.
Layout of cultural relics
Longzang temple is the most typical "half offspring temple, half jungle" temple. The temple was built in 629, the third year of Zhenguan reign of Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty. In the early Qing Dynasty, Chan Master Dalang lived here. Dalang belongs to the lower sect of Po Shan Hai Ming Chan Master, but it is not the orthodox school of Lin Yuan Ji, but the branch school of Lin Ji cha. After the abbot of the temple was arrogant, they were handed down from generation to generation. There are Shijia Huijian temple, Pengxian Zhongzheng temple and so on. Outside the temple, there are ten foot temples (subordinate temples), with more than 1000 mu of land. In the temple, some of them received hanging slips from Yunshui monks, and in 1940, they passed on a commandment. The bangs (wooden fish) hanging in front of the Zhaitang of this temple are not like the fish tail facing the Mountain Gate of the ancestral temple, nor the fish head facing the Mountain Gate of the jungle. Instead, the fish head facing the outside of the Zhaitang is hanging horizontally parallel to the main hall.

On October 7, 2019, it was approved as the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council.
