historical origin
According to Guangxu's Cixi County annals, Yudi, chemang mountain is 40 Li southwest of the county. Kuaiji records: "the king of Yue, Gou Jian, set up a stable here and stopped to forage horses. The ruins still exist." The stable in Hemudu town is named after this.
According to the "Cixi County annals. Old traces" records: "Yue Wang Village, the stables are only in the northeast of the mountain. Baoqingzhi stable Kuaiji Di Zhiyun: "in the past, Gou Jian stopped here to forage horses, but the traces still exist." According to: "today, there is a village base on the mountain of Chepeng. It is said that the king of Yue stationed troops in the village. Today, there are still remains of earth base. Another three Li Xu, roadside boulder like trough, commonly known as the king of Yue mangtou, so its name is "mangtou."
According to the historical records of place names and local allusions handed down from generation to generation, on April 18, the municipal cultural relics survey team came to chemang mountain, Hemudu town. Under the leadership of the local villagers, they boarded Chai Ji Ping to carry out on-the-spot investigation and investigation, as well as photographing, mapping and registering the topography and surrounding environment.
"Chai Ji Ping" in the stable is the "Zhai Ji Ping" recorded in historical records. Chai and Zhai are homophonic. It is an open terrace on the north foot of chemang mountain (also known as "Shanyu mountain") facing Yaojiang River. The terrace is more than 100 meters long from north to south, 30 meters wide from east to west, and 94 meters above sea level. The local people call this place "Yue King training platform". Now it's late spring, and the terrace and earth base have been covered with vegetation. But if you look at it from a distance, you can also appreciate its abrupt and open momentum. The peak floor should be made by man. This place is adjacent to Yaojiang River in the north and Siming Mountain in the south. You can see the northeast, due north and northwest from a distance. You can have a panoramic view of the scenery for tens of miles. It is an excellent lookout tower. Facing the river and relying on the mountain, it can resist the enemy outside the stable Ao in military warfare, and can be hidden in the ten mile long Ao to the high mountains. In fact, it is a fortress where troops are stationed. The Qing Dynasty poet Ye Xifeng wrote a poem in the stables: "King Gou Jian of Yue was in charge of Zhongzhou. When he washed his stone room, he was ashamed. He regretted killing his husband and asked him to stay away from teaching the river side muliu."
Around zhaijiping, there are some relics about King Gou Jian of Yue: there is mangtoushan in chemangao, which is tied by King Yue's war horses, and there is a manger at the foot of the hill where the stables feed the horses. On the west side of the stables, there is the stone room "Huangpao pillow cave" where Gou Jian lived to eat his gall. Under the cave, there is "yuexifan" where Gou Jian helped the plow to cultivate. Not far behind the mountain, there is still a "Yue King Temple" commemorating Gou Jian.
The field research of the census team is consistent with the historical records and folklore. The Jiping of chemangzhai should be an ancient military site where King Gou Jian of Yue set up a stable to train his troops in the spring and Autumn period, which has important historical research value.
Stable story
Wang Zhi's story of Yuan Xiangguo
In the Ming Dynasty, Ju Zi went to Beijing to take an examination, and traveled along the waterway of the East Zhejiang canal. The name of the stables comes from "King Gou Jian of Yue set up stables here, stopped to feed horses, and the remains still exist, so it is called the stables.". The stable is a treasure land, which has been so since the king of Yue stopped to forage.
Wang Zhideng, a talented man of the Ming Dynasty, once wrote a poem "passing by the former residence of Yuan Xiangguo in the stables" when he crossed the river by boat. It's too late to leave the stable, and the crows fly to the old Pingjin. " Yuan Xiangguo mentioned here is honored as Yuan Ge Lao in the countryside. There are many legends and records about him. The tomb of Yuan Ge Lao beside Hongshan middle school is even more magnificent. Only the gold head given by the emperor was stolen, and the whole mausoleum has been seriously damaged. In some existing corners, there are horse heads with zero stars, private houses guarding the tomb, and only stone roads and ponds are in good condition.
Yuan Xiangguo was the first child prodigy of the Ming Dynasty. From his youth to chemangdu, he traveled northward by water to Beijing for the examination of zhongtanhualang. He was an official and a Bachelor of Jianji hall. He was the first assistant to the cabinet of emperor Jiajing. Yuan Xiangguo is a good example for the study of Ningbo civil servants in Ming Dynasty. There is a collection of Yuan Wenrong in Ming history, and Wenrong is a posthumous title.
Why should Gou Jian choose the stable at the foot of Qinglong mountain?
After Gou Jian was defeated by King Helu of Wu, he bent on perfection and tried to revive. On the Bank of Yaojiang River, 50 Li East of Kuaiji, the capital city, there is a Qinglong mountain. Gou Jian chose to set up troops to raise horses at the foot of the mountain. This place is close to the mountain and faces the water. The mountain is flat and the vegetation is luxuriant. There are water and grass for raising horses and materials for making cars. According to the theory of the five elements, Qinglong is the seven places in the East, with the appearance of an emperor. "Qinglong was born in the suburbs" is a sign of auspiciousness

View of stables
Chemangli'ao and shilihan River are surrounded by lush green, which is known as the small Amazon in eastern Zhejiang. It is said that the "chanyue Temple" built in the Five Dynasties is located at the foot of this mountain. It seems that there is not only a primeval forest, but also a treasure land of geomantic omen here. There is a poem that says, "visitors come up from the mountain, and there are layers of forest scattered this season. A stone stands alone in the song'ao mountain, which is a long journey into Zen. The Wu family of the Three Kingdoms was prosperous, and the Five Dynasties were more prosperous. The pond washes the Longquan drink, the wing room has the old man. Not Yuanming peach blossom, Sheng bamboo and camphor incense, the most beautiful only quiet. If you leave far away and go back to the mountain, the temple is faint, and your heart knows where to go back.
Riding a bicycle through the shilihan River, conquering the small Amazon in eastern Zhejiang, all the way brambled, all the way up the river, all the way through brambles. Through the ancient road, through the bamboo forest, there is a sense of oppression on your way, you can't give up, you have to move on. When you come to Longtan waterfall, you will suddenly be enlightened!!! Autumn scenery is the most beautiful scenery of the stables.
