Dakang Valley

Dakang Valley is located in Yuanshan Park, Henggang Town. It is the longest Valley in Yuanshan scenic area, winding several kilometers from the source to the foot of the mountain. It has been gradually developed, including canteens, restaurants, barbecue grounds and swimming pools. Although there are many visitors, the park can be regarded as a clear water show on the mountain. You can choose to go up the stairs easily and leisurely (there is a ready-made Road), or you can follow the valley to climb the boulders all the way to find the difficulty suitable for you and pursue a thrill in the plain.

Features of scenic spots

Dakang valley scenic area covers a total area of more than 15000 mu, with xiumao primeval forest. There are more than 1000 kinds of plants in the primeval forest, more than a dozen of which are endangered species protected by the state, and more than 300 kinds of animals. The majestic and spectacular mountains have become a barrier to our natural resources and national colors.

There are beautiful mountains, green trees, flying springs and falling rocks, warm in winter and cool in summer; high anion content, clear springs in valleys, flowing all the year round, charming natural waterfalls and swimming pools; and various forms of boulders and spectacular cliffs. The scenic area has invested 50 million yuan to build a climbing ring road; winding paths lead to secluded scenery step by step, and Dakang Valley traces the stream: the total length of the valley is about 2.6 km, and the stream water keeps flowing for many years. Huge river pebbles accumulate at the bottom of the valley to form beaches, caves, platforms, walls, streams, waterfalls, and pools, which are magnificent. The reason why mountain climbers like to climb "Dakang Valley" is that the beautiful scenery of the valley is attractive. On both sides of the valley, there are luxuriant trees, beautiful mountains and rivers, wild flowers, beautiful cliffs, and wild birds contending. It can be said that "wild birds sing in the Green Valley, and flowing water sings in joy". When you enter the valley, the water is clear, and you can wash your face with a clear spring. The boulders in the stream are washed away by the mountain torrents, and the huge stones in the stream are like a forest, which makes it difficult for tourists to climb, climb, jump, swing and walk. They are stone lions, stone elephants, stubborn monkeys, horses, tigers, donkeys, sheep, stone tables, stone benches, Xiantao offering Buddha, Jiaolong offering Rui, lifelike, trees in the water, flowers in the pool, trees twining with vines, and trees twining with vines, which are endless associations.

When you are sleepy, you can see small fish wandering freely in the clear and blue landscape. The nature is so beautiful and the Dakang Valley is so intoxicating that visitors to Yuanshan should climb and enjoy it. "Wine is not drunk, everyone is drunk, the scenery is charming, people are fascinated.". Dakang Valley is a good place for Yuanshan.

Tour route

After entering the park, there is a pile of antique buildings on the right side, which seems to be called "cultural health care Manor". It looks a bit spectacular. If you come for leisure, you can have a look.

Continue to walk for about 5 minutes to the valley parking lot (there are signs along the way). If you drive, you can go straight to the parking lot along the left road. There is a stone road at the mouth of the stream. You can walk along the right road to the swimming pool. If you choose to trace the stream, you can go down to the valley from the left. There are many huge rocks in the valley, and the water flows through the rocks. The water is murmuring. There are many small fish and shrimps in the clear water (I feel that I have lost one time if I didn't go there in the past). It's fun to climb and jump all the way up the stream. It takes about 1 hour to reach the swimming pool (the entrance of the stream). Of course, if you choose to take the mountain road, you don't want to go for half an hour. It depends on your willingness:)

After the swimming pool, there is a mountain road on the left side, but it is suggested to continue tracing the river. Xijian still has to climb and jump on the rocks, but I believe that with the warm-up of the previous hour, it should be relatively simple for everyone. If you don't want to wade in the water, some places are rather sad, and you can only bypass the nearby woods (actually it should be called rattan forest, with more rattans than trees). If you feel that your skill is good or your exercise is not exciting enough, you can also choose some difficult routes. You can only find big stones to climb and experience the feeling of rock climbing (don't be afraid, there is no height, it is only equivalent to elementary bouldering). As long as you like, there are many difficulties.

An hour or so ahead, there is a waterfall where you can enjoy a natural shower. A friend once did this and got a cool shower from head to toe. Of course, he slipped down by playing in the water, but it's also a reminder that the rocks near the waterfall are very slippery, so you should be careful if you don't want to take a shower.

Climbing up the waterfall from the nearby vine forest, you can also climb up the stone wall beside the waterfall cloth (I climb every time, no difficulty). And then all the way forward, the specific amount of time will depend on the speed of everyone's progress, but no matter how long you have a rest in the middle, you can definitely get it before dark, although you can rest assured.

Finally, at a fork in the road, you can go to the tiger Valley on the right (it's also a valley with few people. It's quieter). But after a long time of hard work, I suggest you leave it for the next time. It's also a place to go for another weekend. There are two streams in the middle, but they are guarded by security guards, so you can't move on. Along the stream on the right side, you can go to Sanzhoutian; on the left side, you can go back to the swimming pool, and the return journey is only half an hour at most.

In addition, there is a mountain goose bun in the park, 619 meters high, with stone steps, which can not reach the top in an hour. On the top of the mountain, you can see Diwang building and so on.

Tips

Route: get off at Henggang station of Longgang line of Metro Line 3, transfer to bus No. 907 and 932 at Henggang building bus station, and get off at Yuanshan scenic spot bus station.
