Lishe Village

Lishe village is a famous commercial distribution center in Jiangnan during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The old street is now more than 200 meters long. On both sides of it are the deep houses and courtyards from the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China. Shikumen, square brick buildings, flower walls, carved beams and gardens are unique.

In April 2020, it will be included in the list of the first batch of traditional villages in Jiangsu Province.

Lishe Village

Lishe old street is the residence of Xue family. The former residences of Sun Yefang, Xue Muqiao, Qin Guliu and Xue foying are all located in the old street. In 2010, it was awarded the honorary title of the fifth batch of "famous historical and cultural villages in China" by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the State Administration of cultural relics.
