China Wu Culture Expo Park

China Wu Culture Expo Park is located in Wuxi high tech Zone, Jiangsu Province. It was decided by Wuxi City to build in June 2008. It is positioned as a cultural tourist attraction with the theme of protection, development and utilization of Wu Culture in the Yangtze River Delta. The main functional area covers an area of 18 square kilometers, and the radiation area also covers 18 square kilometers.

The scenic spot is adjacent to the ancient canal taibodu in 3200 in the north, Wangyu River, a tributary of Taihu Lake in the south, and Caohu Lake in Suzhou in the East. It has a beautiful ecological environment and is a golden triangle surrounded by water on three sides. The scenic spot is 20 kilometers away from Wuxi City and 23 kilometers away from Suzhou city. It is the link between Suzhou and Wuxi. With convenient transportation, the park is only 7-8km away from Sunan International Airport, Beijing Shanghai high speed railway and Wuxi Station of Shanghai Nanjing intercity railway, within 10km away from Shanghai Nanjing Expressway and the exit of Taihu expressway. At the same time, the scenic spot has a large number of historical and cultural relics, which is an important birthplace and heritage of Wu culture. There are many historical sites, such as "three Tai and one site" (taibodu, taibodu mausoleum, taibodao temple, Hongshan site), Meili ancient town, zhaositang, Huaihai Yizhuang, etc. there are also projects under construction, such as Zhonghua stone appreciation Park, Radisson Hotel in Wuxi high tech Zone (five-star hotel), 8090 Wudi new village, China Wu culture theme park, etc.

Introduction to Expo Park

The main functional area of 18 square kilometers is planned to be divided into six sections, namely: Hongshan site protection area, Lianghong wetland ecological protection area, Wudi culture and entertainment experience area, dafangqiao creative living community, Hongshan ecological leisure resort area and Wuyun new town commercial residential area.

Hongshan site protection area: the area is defined in the protection plan of Hongshan tombs, as well as the wetland on the west side of bodu port in the north of the park. Relying on the tombs of Yue State, we can give full play to the functions of site tourism and educational experience, and create mature tourism products for large sites.

Lianghong Wetland Ecological Reserve: with the construction of ecological wetland as the core, Wu culture as the connotation, Jiangnan agricultural wetland as the support, integrating natural and wild ecological wetland, charming water culture and pure and plain rural scenery, it is built into a famous cultural ecological wetland with Lianghong Mengguang's marriage culture as the core.

Wu culture and entertainment experience area: the area is to the south of Hongshan site protection area, to the east of huanhong East Road, and close to Hongshan Yue tombs. The project aims to transform the representative cultural elements of Wu and Yue into tourism products, focus on the historical exhibition of Wu and Yue, Jiangnan folk custom experience and modern leisure and recreation, and create the core function project of Wu Expo Park - China Wu culture theme park.

Dafangqiao creative life community: the project is located in dafangqiao creative life community, covering an area of about 300000 square meters. It will be completed in 2011 and is positioned as a high-end industry group of cultural and creative industries supported by high technology. Through a little transformation of dafangqiao Jiangnan dwellings, we will gather the most famous cultural and creative industries in the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country, including film and television animation, digital entertainment, publishing media, advertising creativity, art and antique market, and build a cultural industry base and Jiangnan art distribution center integrating creativity, production and service.

Hongshan ecological leisure resort: the area covers the south of Wu culture and entertainment experience area, the north of Wangyu River and the south of Xinzhai road. It is built near the water with elegant environment and pleasant ecology. Taking "riverside family" as the design purpose, Jiangnan garden as the architectural style, following the local culture, reflecting the modern civilization, creating a rich connotation of Wu culture environment, creating a modern "Taohuayuan" Wu Boyuan tourist resort, and building a business club and leisure center integrating catering, accommodation, meeting, entertainment and leisure, recuperation and vacation.

Wuyun new town commercial residential area: it is a vast area south of Ximei Road, east of Hongshan Road and west of huanhong road. It is close to Hongshan Street government and is the real estate plate of the park. The overall style is simple Chinese style, low-rise and low-density. It is planned to introduce high-end urban complex project, which is adjacent to the core project of China Wu culture theme park. Through high-end driving the general, brand driving the market, it will form a high-end real estate plate in the east of Wuxi.

Expo Park Development

2008 is the planning year of wubo garden, which has basically completed the overall planning of wubo garden, the detailed planning of main functional areas, and the planning and design of some key functional projects.

In 2009, the infrastructure year of wubo Park, the municipal infrastructure construction of the main functional area of wubo Park was basically completed, and the construction of Lianghong Wetland Park, Zhonghua stone appreciation Park and other key functional projects was started.

2010 is the year for the construction of core function projects of wubo park. The construction of core function projects such as "Wuyue spring and Autumn", "liangmeng Hejia" and so on has been basically completed, and the framework of main function area of wubo park has basically taken shape.

2011 is the year for upgrading the connotation of wubo Park, integrating cultural tourism resources from a high starting point to enrich and upgrade the connotation of cultural tourism of wubo park.

In 2012, it is the year to build the brand of wuboyuan. On the basis of gradual promotion in previous years, it will build wuboyuan into a famous cultural tourism brand at home and abroad.

By 2012, the total investment in the infrastructure of China Wu Culture Expo Park is expected to be 5 billion yuan. Other major industries will attract investment from international and domestic elites to invest and operate, forming a strong industry lineup, and forming a tourism market pattern of "Lingshan Buddha in the West and Hongshan Wonderland in the East" in Wuxi.
