Huizhongtang
Huizhongtang is located at 38 Xujiahui Road, Luwan District. Huizhong hall was built in 1904 by the history of Taiwan Buddhism who was sent to Shanghai by the American Baptist Church on the Sabbath in 1880. At the end of the 19th century, the American missionary J. J. bender also founded the affiliated primary and secondary schools (today's Wuai middle school and Wuai primary school) near the hall, with five western style buildings.

After the "Cultural Revolution", huizhongtang was reopened, and now it is a branch of zhushengtang. In the early 1990s, the new hall was rebuilt on the original site. On February 26, 1993, a new church service was held.
