In June 1959, it was turned into a children's Park by the greening Office of the people's Committee of Yangpu District, with an investment of 30000 yuan. It was opened in October of the same year. Because of the high density of residents around and the lack of recreational space nearby, it was also open to adults. The park is near Xuchang Road in the East, Fenzhou Road Kindergarten in the west, Shangsi No.2 factory in the South and Huimin road in the north. The park is located in the South and North. It is mainly for children's recreation. It is arranged in a courtyard style. Along the wall, there are trees, mainly evergreen trees, with flowering shrubs scattered in different seasons, and Euonymus japonicus as the hedge.
Originally a Jewish cemetery, the park was built in 1959 and opened to the public. However, it was destroyed during the cultural revolution and reopened after repair in 1979
