Located in Shanghai, Lingkong SOHO covers an area of more than 86000 square meters with a total construction area of about 350000 square meters. 12 buildings are connected by 16 air bridges to form a space network. Lingkong SOHO is the third architectural boutique jointly built by SOHO China, architectural designer and Pritzker Prize winner Zaha Hadid.

Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Economic Park, where Lingkong SOHO is located, is adjacent to Hongqiao comprehensive transportation hub. There are more than 800 enterprise headquarters in the area. It is an international business headquarters gathering area connecting the whole Pan Yangtze River Delta region.

In 2014, the TV series "good time" was shot here.

Construction scale

SOHO, which looks like four huge high-speed railway lines, is in the air. On the night of November 1, 2014, the lights were on and officially unveiled. The complex covers an area of more than 86000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 350000 square meters. 12 buildings are connected into a space network by 16 air bridges. Lingkong SOHO is the third architectural boutique jointly built by SOHO China, architectural designer and Pritzker Prize winner Zaha Hadid, after Beijing's Galaxy SOHO and Wangjing SOHO.

Architectural features

Lingkong SOHO has obtained LEED gold pre certification in the United States. In order to ensure the indoor air quality, SOHO adopts the fresh air filtering system. The PM2.5 filtering effect of fresh air in the office reaches 90%, far exceeding the national standard, providing clean air for indoor people. Lingkong SOHO is equipped with five layers of filtered direct drinking water in the tea room on each floor above two floors, and the water quality meets the astronaut drinking standard. In order to save energy and reduce building energy consumption, Lingkong SOHO will also plan to establish a new generation of intelligent building energy management system combined with BIM system.

In September 2014, SOHO China announced that it would fly to SOHO

100000 square meters of property was sold to Ctrip for its future business development office, with a transaction value of 3.05 billion yuan. The company still holds the remaining area of 128000 square meters of Lingkong SOHO as the investment property. The deal highlights SOHO China's high-quality asset portfolio and liquidity. At the same time, the occupancy of Ctrip will make the business atmosphere more active, which is conducive to the leasing of the rest of SOHO.

In October 2017, SOHO China sold the remaining 128000 square meters of property to the foreign exchange capital for a consideration of 2.954 billion yuan

. So far, SOHO China has cleared all properties of Lingkong SOHO.
