Wulong Gorge
Beijing Yanqing Oolong Gorge Scenic Spot - formerly known as Heilongtan. Located in the lower reaches of the Heihe River, it is a Mesozoic volcanic lava area 140 million years ago, with a total length of 2 kilometers. It is a typical deep valley landscape of mountain rivers. On both sides of the valley, steep cliffs, many strange rocks, roaring water and splashing waves are all famous for its green mountains and deep pools. Here, the cliffs and steep cliffs are connected by pools and streams, which are in turn four pools, three pools, two pools and head pools. Among them, the head pool is wider, and the four pools are the deepest. During the rainy season every year, the surging river in the gorge flows down from the cliff tens of meters high, surging between the huge rocks in the mountain stream. However, it is spectacular to see the waves hitting the rocks, the silver splashing, and the thunder like sound, like the roar of lions.
Drip pot
There are several sources of the name "Dishuihu". One is originated from the Taoist "square pot cave". It is generally said that the spring water falls from the top of the cliff, forming a unique arc-shaped waterfall. The running water is like pouring out with a kettle, so it is called Dishuihu.
Dishuihu scenic spot is located below the intersection of Heihe River and Baihe River. The main landscape is composed of waterfall and karst cave. The source of the waterfall is three mountain springs. When the spring flows to the nearly vertical cliff, it rushes down, forming a waterfall about 20 meters high, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, which looks like a crystal clear water curtain. Behind the water curtain is a deep karst cave like Huaguo Mountain water curtain cave. In spring, summer and autumn, when I come to the teapot, the sound of water is like thunder in my ears. In front of me, I see flying pearls and jade. It's very spectacular. On a cold, windy winter day, it was another scene. At that time, the shrubs and weeds on the cliff were all covered with white ice, forming a huge uneven ice waterfall. In the middle of the waterfall, the water splashes and thumps; on the outside, it freezes into a transparent ice layer, which looks like an "ice bucket", hanging high above the stone wall. But see: Yushu silver, streamer overflow color, magnificent spectacle. In describing the landscape, Koubei santing Zhi wrote: "the tourists are pleasant to the eyes, sad to the soul and cold to the bone. Although they are full of Lushan and wild geese in Jiulong, they are not enough to imitate the strange and strange scenery. Its name is "pot", which is also called "Taoist square pot, cave heaven, immortal realm ear". Under the ice waterfall, the pools of spring water are relatively constant temperature. Even in the cold weather, the water is still clear, mossy and green, making it a rare and wonderful landscape. The cave behind the waterfall is a typical karst landform. Walking into the cave, you can see white stalagmites, inverted stalactites, exquisite stone curtains and crystal clear jade belts.
