Madian Park

Madian park is located in the northwest corner of Madian Bridge, North Third Ring Road, Beijing. It is adjacent to Badaling Expressway in the East, guanchengyuan community in the west, Middle North Third Ring Road in the South and West North Tucheng Road in the north. The planned land is 700 meters long from north to South and 80-160 meters wide from east to west, with a total land area of 8.6 hectares. It is the largest sports themed leisure park near the third ring road. Madian Park was built in 2003, including the central dynamic square, hydrophilic square, Happy Valley, fun activity area, venue activity area, equipment activity area and many other activity places.

brief introduction

Madian park is one of the 60 practical things that Beijing municipal government planned to do for the people in 2003. It is also the key project of Haidian District Government in the year of environmental construction in 2003. It is a park built in the form of enterprise investment. The whole project is organized and implemented by Haidian municipal garden service center, and the overall planning and design are carried out by Haidian garden Engineering Design Institute. The park started construction in August 2003 and officially opened on April 28, 2004. It is open to the public free of charge.

The design of Madian Park strives to be people-oriented and green. It combines the landscape with the activity space, retains a place where people and nature blend, and provides the surrounding residents with green space for sports, leisure and fitness. Efforts should be made to explore the integration of landscape and function, integrate "Sports" into "nature", and create "green and healthy" modern leisure space for the masses.
