Development focus
The main difficulties and problems in the village are as follows:
1. Among the 12 village groups, the access roads of 6 village groups are gravel roads, and the access roads of 6 village groups are earth roads. The access roads of each village group still need to be hardened, especially the access roads of earth roads can not guarantee smooth roads in rainy season.
2. There are two village groups without tap water, and the drinking water of 10 villages with tap water has not been purified, and it is often difficult to use water in winter dry season.
3. The roads in the field are all dirt roads, and they are narrow and easy to rot, so a lot of manpower and financial resources are needed to maintain them every year.
4. The medical conditions are poor, and most of the villagers have a long way to go.
5. Villagers' ability of using science and technology to get rich in production is poor, so it is urgent to carry out agricultural practical technology training and skill training.
6. The paddy fields in six villages can not be irrigated effectively, so the construction of irrigation facilities should be improved.
7. There is no library in the whole village committee, which is not convenient for the villagers to learn science and technology and improve their cultural quality.
8. Seven village groups have no entertainment places, which is not conducive to the villagers to carry out entertainment activities.
9. The living environment in the village is poor, there is no centralized garbage stacking site, no domestic drainage ditch facilities, and 99% of the farmers live together with livestock. Seven village groups have not yet built public toilets.
10. There is no planning for the construction in the village, and there is no corresponding and reasonable greening project.
The future development ideas and key points of the village are as follows:
1. The construction of village access roads will be completed year by year to ensure that the village roads are unblocked throughout the year.
2. Strengthen the construction of drinking water facilities in each village, and improve the quality of drinking water under the condition of ensuring normal drinking water for villagers.
3. Strengthen the construction of field roads to facilitate villagers to carry out production.
4. Medical rooms should be set up in villages far away from medical treatment to facilitate villagers to see a doctor.
5. Actively carry out various scientific and technological training, improve the scientific and technological level of villagers, so as to improve the ability of villagers to get rich scientifically.
6. Strengthen the construction of water conservancy facilities, and strive to achieve the effective irrigation rate of 100%.
7. The library should be added appropriately.
8. The construction of cultural rooms in 7 villages that have not yet been built has been completed year by year.
9. Strengthen the construction of village appearance and improve the living environment of villagers.
10. By the end of the eleventh five year plan, we will strive to increase the per capita net income of farmers from 2264 yuan in 2006 to 3000 yuan.
