Beside the horse road of Binyang building, wooden boards are specially used to build the steps to the city, and the famous figures of the Three Kingdoms in Binyang building immediately jump into sight. Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang and Zhao Zilong's imitative bronze sculptures are lifelike. Outside the Binyang building, there are also imitation colored sculptures of the warriors of the Three Kingdoms, such as Ma Tong and Zhou Cang. The original Binyang building was built in Ming Dynasty, rebuilt in 1861, and then damaged. The tower is divided into upper and lower floors, weighing more than 800 tons, all supported by 36 round wooden columns about 35 cm in diameter. The ceiling on the upper floor is a dragon pattern, and the beam frame imitates the Ming Dynasty's blue and green painting with golden spirals. It is surrounded by corridors for visitors to overlook around the building. Under the eaves hang 8 6-type dragon head palace lanterns. Under the eaves of the lower floor, there is a plaque of "Binyang building" inscribed by the famous calligrapher Zhao Puchu. It is 2.6 meters long and 1.1 meters wide, with a gold margin and black background. The north and South doors are each equipped with a pair of gold-plated tiger head doorrings, and the threshold is covered with bronze. There was a flat seat around, and there were imitated swords and spears of Guan Yu and Zhang Fei in the middle. Two layers of horn ridge are decorated with fish and animal head. All the doors and windows are square lattice with four plasters, and the inner surface of the tower is paved with 1.2 square blue stone.
