Zhoushan City Exhibition Hall is an important part of Zhoushan Marine Culture and Art Center. It is an important carrier for the general public to understand urban development, participate in urban planning, display urban image and spread urban culture. It is also an important place for our city to exchange with foreign countries and receive visitors. The building of the museum has four floors, with a building area of 4500 square meters, of which the exhibition area is 3300 square meters. The first floor of the exhibition hall mainly includes the preface hall, the overview of the new area, and the spatial development strategic planning of Zhoushan archipelago New Area in Zhejiang Province. The second floor consists of four units: City overview, city memory, famous city protection, and harmonious city. The third floor is the overall planning of Zhoushan archipelago New Area in Zhejiang Province There are Island planning, planning publicity and arc screen cinema. To present Zhoushan's yesterday, today and tomorrow to the public in an all-round way.

The museum has more than 100 display boards, 3 films and 8 models. There are two large models, 250 square meters and 450 square meters respectively. On the basis of traditional display means such as display boards and models, the exhibition hall adopts a new exhibition mode and a large number of high-tech means, integrating modern acousto-optic technologies such as dynamic display equipment, convenient navigation system, multimedia, ground multi-point induction, electronic book flipping and multi-channel projection into a number of display links; at the same time, it pays attention to the participation and interaction of visitors, and specially sets up the exhibition hall Zhoushan Zhiduo and 3D virtual cinema make visitors understand urban planning, construction and management in a relaxed mood. They are highly knowledgeable, interactive, interesting and artistic. They vividly show Zhoushan's achievements in urban economic and social development, comprehensively show Zhoushan's history, current situation and development direction, as well as the grand blueprint for the planning and construction of Zhoushan archipelago New Area in Zhejiang Province.
