Li Yuanyang, one of the seven Yunnan scholars in the Ming Dynasty, also described the phenomenon of "jade belt cloud" in his article "Diancangshan annals": "at the turn of summer and autumn, the cloud on the hillside is like a jade belt, which is quite a spectacle. In the past, there was a poem that said, "heaven will seal the mountain with jade." It is believed that the phenomenon of jade belt cloud in Cangshan Mountain is caused by heaven and earth.
