Xiangsi mountain tourist resort is located in Zhugang, Xiangsi Township, Yueyang County, with three natural villages, covering an area of 15 square kilometers.

From the end of the epidemic to December 31, 2020, the scenic spot has implemented the free ticket policy for medical workers all over the country.

Overview of scenic spots

Xiangsi Mountain Resort takes the meaning of Acacia and integrates the folk love theme into the construction of the scenic area. It is a real and unique love culture theme park in China. Its main peak is 957.2 meters above sea level, with an average altitude of 700 meters and an annual average temperature of 15 ℃. It is an excellent place for summer, fog and snow. The world rose park of xiangsiwan is planned to be built at the foot of the mountain. Relying on the rich natural and cultural landscape resources of xiangsiwan, the theme of "Acacia" is closely linked. Taking the valley landscape as the main body, taking the ancient and modern Chinese and foreign classic love poems and stone carvings as the carrier, the concept of electronic interactive tourism is introduced to set off the theme of world love culture. The tourist area is composed of five scenic spots: world love culture ecotourism Valley, Acacia rock, Acacia peak, Furong temple and Acacia villa.

Ecological valley of world love culture

It is the longest and the only love poem Valley in the world. The valley is 3.8 km long, with numerous waterfalls and towering rocks. According to the human emotional experience, the whole valley is divided into three giant waterfalls: acquaintance waterfall, acquaintance waterfall and Acacia waterfall. The valley is divided into acquaintance Valley, acquaintance Valley and Acacia valley. 5000 classic and most popular love poems are planned to be carved in the valley. Due to the large scale of the project, it will take five years for all the cliff carvings to be completed. If you revisit here in five years, you will definitely have a different taste in mind.

Acacia mountain

It is located in the northeast of Yueyang County, bordering Tongcheng in Hubei Province and Xiushui in Jiangxi Province. It is the same as Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province, which is the afterblood of Mufu mountain. It stretches more than 10 kilometers from north to south, with an altitude of 957.2 meters. It is the highest peak in Yueyang County and is known as the first peak of baling. It is said that Zhang Liang, the Han Dynasty prime minister, once lived in seclusion here. There is a Zhang Liang temple built on the mountain.

Xiangsi Lake

It is also called Tieshan reservoir, which is named after the dam site in Tieshan. With a total area of 41.6 square kilometers, more than 100 large and small islands are immersed in the green water of the lake, just like blooming green lotus. It is said that a long time ago, there was no lake here, but a continuous mountain. A scholar named Xu Long went to Beijing to take an exam. He met a woman named Bilian. Her father was greedy for money and betrothed her to the lame son of Yuezhou yamen at the price of a golden bull. Bilian refused to accept. Xu long advised her to elope with him. Xu Long was beaten out of Acacia Village. Bilian was forced to marry into the yamen, but because of missing Xu long, Acacia became ill. A year later, Xu Lang won the title and went back to Xiangsi village to look for Bilian, but Bilian had gone west. Xu Long is eager to love each other and dies in the lake. In the paradise, they meet and their tears turn into the water of Acacia lake.

Furong Temple

Furong temple is the largest temple in Northern Hunan. Originally named kuzhu temple, it was built by people to thank the kuzhu bamboo shoots that helped them through the famine. Later it was renamed with an allusion. According to legend, when the Ming Emperor Zhu Youjian was on a tour in southern China, he met Xu Furong when passing through the Acacia mountain. Zhu Youjian and Xu Furong went back to court after a romantic and short-term love. Many years later, Zhu Youjian went to Xiangsi mountain to pick up Xu Furong to return to the palace. However, at this time, Furong had already seen through the world and was determined to go to the Buddha. Zhu Youjian was helpless. In order to apologize, he rebuilt kuzhu temple and renamed it Furong temple.

Furong temple was full of incense, which was destroyed by the cultural revolution. The new Furong temple was built in March 2004. There is a wish bag in the temple. If you are a couple, husband and wife, and confidant, you can make a wish for each other. Both parties are not allowed to peek. Save the wish in the bag. After a few years, you can go back to Acacia. When you open it again, you will have a special interest.

Related honors

Acacia garden was listed as an important scenic spot of Yueyang Tower and Dongting Lake scenic spot by the State Council in 1991. It is the only love theme park in the world so far. Xiangsi mountain tourism area won the first five-star rural tourism area (spot) in Hunan Province in 2010. In 2013, it was rated as a national 3A scenic spot.
