Yaogu mountain has a source called Longyuan. According to legend, there is a river in the source. There is a section of Shiji in the river, which blocked the waterway. The river had to turn a big bend from left to right. Later, Emperor Qianlong's pen came to light. He used his pen to drag it on the drawing, and it became a gap more than two feet wide, so it was called Lingkou. So the river flows along the lack of bottom, the sound of Ding Dong is endless, beautiful.

Historical legend

Lu Dongbin swam through Yueyang several times. Once he got drunk in Yueyang Tower, he wrote a poem: "when you travel north, the dusk is dark, and the green snake in your sleeve is bold. Three drunk Yueyang people do not know, Lang Yin fly over Dongting Lake. "After flying to Junshan, he washed his feet with a spring, lay high on the mountain, and played with the moon at midnight. In memory of him, a two-story" Lang Yin Pavilion "was built at the place where he poured wine, chanted and slept. It is located on the top of Longyan mountain on the left side of Longkou of Junshan mountain, next to Dongting Lake, and facing the sanzui Pavilion in Yueyang Tower Park. It is said that it is the place where LV Dongbin recites poems.

Historical construction

Langyin pavilion was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. In June of the 19th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1540), Hu songboke, a Chuese, was consulted by the political secretary of Huguang. There are five characters in the book, "Lang Yin flies over the place", which stands in the pavilion. According to the records of Guihai, Cai YuCha, a general of Suiyuan, was rebuilt in 1681 A.D. in the 20th year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, and wrote the record of langyinting. In 1814, Dai Pingzhai, a gentleman of Changsha, was rebuilt and destroyed by soldiers in 1851-1861. In the eighth year of tongzhi (1869 AD), Chongsheng temple was rebuilt. When the Japanese invaded China and attacked Changsha, a corner of the pavilion was blown up. After that, there was no one to repair, and the pavilion became a historical site. Despite the rise and fall of the pavilion and the vicissitudes of life, there are still many literati who go up to the building to recite poems and write Fu and appreciate it. The poet Yu changgu once wrote a poem "long chanting Pavilion": "once the long roar reaches the pavilion, the immortal sound is not audible. The clouds are even white, and the mountains are clear. Sing the song of the empty Xiaohan, autumn heart full of Dongting. When did Sumen make an appointment? The iron flute rises from cangming. Main scenery

Today's langyin pavilion was rebuilt on the original site by Yueyang Municipal People's Government in 1981 and completed in May 1982. The newly built langyin Pavilion is more gorgeous than before, with exquisite layout, uneven style, exquisite mounting and antique flavor. The pavilion is 15 meters high, square, 13.1 meters long and 3.4 meters wide, covering an area of 125.5 square meters. The pavilion is a two-story concrete and wood mixed structure with double eaves. It is supported by four silver and gold pillars, eight eaves pillars and porch pillars respectively. The roof is covered with gold glazed tiles, and the ornaments play with fish. The whole building is beautiful and elegant.

On the lintel of the Longyin Pavilion, there is the word "Longyin Pavilion" written by Wang Shoudao. On the wall of the first floor, a calligrapher wrote a poem by LV Dongbin: "when you travel to the north, the dusk is dark, and the green snake in your sleeve is bold.
