Liu Shixun, a native of Cuizhen town in Taoyuan (now Chengdao village in Zhongxing town), is upright and selfless. He helps others to be honest and easy-going, organizes League training, gathers righteousness to fight against violence, and is well supported by his neighbors. Yue Fei wrote to encourage Liu Shixun to practice martial arts and resist gold. Liu Shixun was supported by Yue Fei and his patriotic enthusiasm was high. He poured out his wealth, recruited soldiers and horses, practiced day and night, and was appreciated by Yue Fei. Liu Shixun's regiment training was incorporated into the "Yue family army". In the decisive battle of Zhuxian Town, Liu Shixun personally went to battle to break Jin Wushu's "abduction horse". Jin Wushu sighed: "from the sea, we all win by this. Now we are gone!" Marshal Yue Fei rewarded his merits and applied to the imperial court, and Liu Shixun was appointed as a Taiwei. Yue Fei was killed by Qin Hui, a treacherous minister. Liu Shixun was disheartened and returned home. He burned incense in Dongyue Temple every day to express his sorrow. Liu Shixun died on May 29th, the 17th year of Shaoxing in Song Dynasty, and was buried in xiaotaozhou on the west side of the county. In order to express Liu Shixun's spirit, Emperor Gaozong of Song Dynasty granted the title of "Zhenjun". Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty traveled to Chenjiazhuang in Taoyuan along the route of Henan Province. Hearing of this, he wrote in his own handwriting: "the imperial edict of the great song dynasty sealed the tomb of Liu Zhenjun.". Local officials selected boulders and carved them into steles, which stood in front of the tomb.
