Luotian Village

Luotian village is located 12 kilometers southwest of Dayou township. It is adjacent to Hexie village of Benxiang in the East, Dachuan village of Ruijin Rentian town in the south, Yanggu village of dabidi in the West and Laohe village of ningdugu village in the north. There are overlapping mountains and the terrain inclines from south to north. The village headquarters are located in Luotian. It is recorded in the fifth revision of the pedigree of the pan family: during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, pan Kuangjian rode a mule through yanggukeng, a neighboring village. It was changed to Luotian village in 1984.

Luotian village is one of the old revolutionary bases. The luotian branch of the Communist Party of China established in January 1930 was the first CPC Organization in Shicheng.

Luotian village is rich in forest resources. There are one Lysimachia, seven Podocarpus and eleven redhead fir. On both sides of the river on the right side of Yanggu temple are towering ancient trees. There is a camphor tree on the left side of Luotian temple, which has a history of more than 200 years, with a circumference of 4.86 meters and a height of 16 meters. The 2460 Mu Camellia oleifera forest cultivated in Luotian village in 1958 made the whole village obtain 60000 kg of tea oil.

Huang Kechang, a native of Luotian in Qizhou, lived in Guangming period of Tang Dynasty. In the early days of reform and opening up, due to the lack of land, more people and poor land, the villagers have been living in poverty for generations. The houses in the village are basically cottages with thatched Adobe structure. The farming work in the village depends on digging and cattle farming. The paths leading to Maling and zeshu villages are uneven, and the production and living conditions are extremely backward. With the spring breeze of reform and opening up, Luotian villagers also began to find their own way out. Limited by natural conditions, the income of the villagers is mainly labor export, and they go out to work. Taking advantage of the convenient transportation conditions of national highway 205, the villagers begin to plant strawberries on the roadside, and start the business of producing and selling strawberries by themselves. Cao Mingxia, a female Communist, is a famous strawberry grower in Luotian village. She started from scratch. After years of hard work, the scale and efficiency of strawberry planting have made a leap. The planting area has grown from less than one mu a few years ago to six Mu now, with an annual income of more than 60000 yuan. Compared with before, her life has improved a lot. Not only that, she also took the initiative to introduce the strawberry planting technology and experience that she had mastered in recent years to you. Under her leadership, there are more than ten strawberry planting households in the village. Strawberry planting is booming, and Luotian village has become a famous strawberry planting village.

Take the road of village enterprise linkage development. Since 1996, Huizhou Cultural Park, which is now the Chinese business villa, settled in Luotian village, it has brought new development opportunities to Luotian village. The construction of the villa is full of people from Luotian village. Many villagers began to work nearby instead of going out to work. So far this year, there are 78 or 80 farmers working in the village, and the total income of working each year has reached more than one million yuan. In this way, the development of enterprises is closely combined with the increase of villagers' income, and the initial realization of "Prospering villages with enterprises and win-win situation between village enterprises" is achieved. In September this year, more than 60 party members from the Party branch of Luotian village, the Party branch of Huashang villa and the Party branch of the district political and Legal Commission jointly carried out the compulsory work of "beautifying Luotian" health centralized rectification, which enhanced the health awareness of Luotian people. At the same time, with the strong support of the villa, a new laundry dam has been built in the village, which not only facilitates the villagers' life, but also beautifies the environment.

A united and pragmatic village team. In April this year, after the change of office, the village two committees adhered to the principle of people's livelihood, blazed new trails, sought truth from facts, and did good deeds one by one. The convenience bridge in Luotian village has become dilapidated due to its long construction time, which has affected the passage of villagers. The two committees of the village have taken active actions to widen and strengthen the bridge. Now the convenience bridge has become a "connecting heart bridge". In Maling natural village of Luotian village, the villagers have been drinking well water. In order to solve the difficulties of the villagers, the cadres of the two committees of the village mobilized in many ways, actively raised funds, and installed tap water for the villagers. The villagers in Maling district can immediately drink safe water. At present, the project is coming to an end.

Under the policy of "giving more, taking less and letting go" of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, gratifying changes have taken place in Luotian Village: a wide and clean cement road leads to the people's door, rural families use clean energy, the new rural cooperative medical system has been popularized, the village clinics are set up to meet the standard, the management is standardized, and everyone enjoys basic medical care.

On January 15, Luotian village held a study meeting on theme education activities for rural Party members and cadres. All Party members have studied the relevant documents of the theme education. After study and discussion, all the party members who attended the meeting made a commitment to serve the people in 2008.
