Taiping Lake Bridge
Taiping Lake Bridge is a river crossing channel connecting Huangshan District and Chizhou District in Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. It is located on Taiping Lake waterway and is one of the components of Beijing Taipei expressway.
Taiping Lake Bridge was started in 2005;
The closure project was completed on July 10, 2006;
It was put into operation in October 2007.
Taiping Lake Bridge starts from Taiping Lake scenic spot in Huangshan City in the East, crosses Taiping Lake waterway in the East and reaches Qingyang County in Chizhou City in the north. The main bridge is 504m long and 30.8m wide. The bridge deck is a two-way four lane Expressway with a design speed of 60km / h.
Construction process
In 2005, the construction of Taiping Lake Bridge started.
On March 25, 2006, the arch rib of Taipinghu bridge was hoisted and erected; on July 10, 2006, the bridge passed the inspection and completed the closure project.
On April 2, 2007, the bridge deck construction of Taipinghu bridge was completed;
In October of the same year, Taiping Lake Bridge was opened to traffic.
On June 10, 2010, Tongtang Expressway completed the completion acceptance test of Taipinghu bridge.
Bridge location
Taiping Lake Bridge is located in Liujialiang, Taiping Lake, Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province, China. It is located between Wushi scenic area and Gongxin scenic area, with hills on both sides. On the right side is the upstream water inlet of Taiping Lake, and on the left side is the lake area. The bridge starts from Taiping Lake Scenic Area in Huangshan City in the East, crosses Taiping Lake Canyon, and ends at Qingyang County, Chizhou City in the north. It is a part of Beijing Taipei Expressway < I (G3) < / I It is also one of the main bridges connecting Huangshan Mountain to Jiuhua Mountain.

Design concept
As Huangshan is listed as a world natural heritage by the world tourism organization, and Jiuhua Mountain is also a famous Buddhist holy land, the selection of bridge type of Taiping Lake bridge must be combined with the requirements of landscape, tourism, ecology and environmental protection. Combined with the principles of safety, economy, applicability and aesthetics, considering the feasibility of construction and mature technology, the arch bridge type of Taipinghu bridge is selected as the design scheme of the bridge.
In order to make the arch bridge reach a beautiful curve, the designer not only controls the large contour line of the upper and lower chords of the main arch rib, but also pays attention to the continuity of the small transverse pipes between the abdominal pipes along the line of the arch rib, simplifies the structure of the arch top beam, and maintains the regularity, symmetry and permeability of the intersection of the steel tube structure of the whole bridge; at the same time, the bridge is used in the super long span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge for the first time The two main arch ribs rely on each other to enhance the visual security of the theme structure, so as to achieve the aesthetic effect produced by the sense of security. With "Chinese red" as the main color, the bridge is integrated into the green mountains and beautiful waters of Taiping Lake, which is not only dazzling, but also natural and harmonious.
Design features
Taipinghu bridge is a single span variable truss high concrete filled steel tubular half through basket arch bridge. The main arch rib adopts spatial variable cross-section truss type concrete-filled steel tube composite system, the main arch axis adopts catenary linear, the two arch ribs incline to the bridge axis side in the vertical plane to form basket type; the arch rib is a rectangular section concrete-filled steel tube truss structure with equal width and variable height. The whole bridge adopts the longitudinal double suspender type, the arch column adopts the dumbbell shaped double column form of concrete filled steel tube, the deck driveway is composed of precast reinforced concrete π - shaped longitudinal beam, I-shaped steel beam and large H-shaped steel longitudinal beam, and the arch base adopts the open cut expanded foundation.
Design parameters
Taipinghu bridge adopts (4x20 + 352 + 3x20) meter span layout, two arch ribs incline 10.008 degrees to the bridge axis side in the vertical plane to form basket type; two arch foot center span is 336m, rise height is 68m, rise span ratio is 1 / 4.94, arch axis coefficient is 1.55; rectangular section width of upper and lower chord is 3.0m, section height is 7.28m at vault, arch foot is 11.28m. The wall thickness of steel pipe of arch rib is 20 mm, 22 mm and 24 mm respectively from vault to arch foot. A total of 24 cross braces are set between the upper and lower chords of the arch rib of the whole bridge, and the suspender spacing is 8m; the total width of the bridge deck is 30.8m, and the total width of the intersection of the bridge deck and the arch rib is 33.6m.

As of November 2010, the toll standard of Taipinghu bridge toll road has been implemented in accordance with the notice on adjusting the toll standard of road and Bridge in Anhui Province (wanjiaocai [2010] No. 391) issued by Anhui Provincial Department of transportation and Anhui Provincial Price Bureau. According to the classification of vehicle types, the toll standard of class I vehicle is 0.45 yuan / vehicle kilometer, that of class II vehicle is 0.8 yuan / vehicle kilometer, and that of class III vehicle is 0.45 yuan / vehicle kilometer The charging standard is 1.1 yuan / vehicle kilometer, 1.3 yuan / vehicle kilometer for four types of vehicles and 1.5 yuan / vehicle kilometer for five types of vehicles; the basic rate is 0.09 yuan / ton kilometer for freight cars; the weight rate decreases linearly from 10 tons to 40 tons to 0.05 yuan / ton kilometer; the basic rate is charged for vehicles less than 10 tons and 0.05 yuan / ton kilometer for vehicles more than 40 tons.

Technical problems
Taipinghu bridge is a basket arch bridge. If the arch ribs are lifted together, the problem of arch rib balance can be solved, but the lifting weight is quite large. A series of construction equipment such as tower and cable and the construction capital are required. In order to reduce the lifting weight, the method of single rib hanging buckle is adopted, with arch rib inclination of 10 "00'29.73", so the problem of single rib posture adjustment in the air must be overcome The difficulty is that the single rib of the bridge is divided into 22 lifting segments, with the maximum weight of 87.7 tons, large weight and many segments; the large-span steel tube truss basket arch without support cable hoisting construction is the first case in China, and the single rib buckle construction of the second basket arch is also the key construction technology of Taipinghu bridge in China.
